Lot of art collections and information to cover. Huge museum. Big line for toilets near the entrance, people can avoid it by using the toilets at each floor/wing during the museum tour.

I got x2 Louvre tickets by mistake and I contacted their customer service that promptly replied to me
I explained the situation and they not only cancelled my booking but also process the refund in less than 24hours.

Amazing, could've done with at least a full day.
Our ticket was booked for 10.30am. When we got to the queue for pre booked tickets they were letting people in with tickets from 9.30-10.30, so we got in earlier, around 9.40.

WE DONT RECOMMEND!!!! Very disappointing!
We purchased tickets to the Louve in Paris for 1pm. We did not receive tickets until after 1pm, and only after I asked multiple times and sent several emails. DO NOT buy from these guys! They don’t send “valid tickets!”
We received tickets that said “not valid” and were not allowed in with what they send you. RUN AWAY!!!
