Our guide disappeared before the tour started. Another guide, from the same company was unable to reach anyone to find out what happened. And then just told us to stay there and wait while he went off with his group. All of us on the tour waited for 30 minutes. We all tried to reach someone at the tour company, but it went to voicemail and no one responded to our live chats. No one from the tour company has responded to our request for a refund. Mostly we are sorry that we missed out on having a tour that day. It's only one day for the tour company, but it's a lifetime trip for the visitor.

Excellent experience on this tour. Meeting up was a breeze, our guide found us. Our guide was knowledgeable and was able to answer questions. We learned a lot and really enjoyed the tour and stories.

Excellent Guide , lots of information and stories regarding the cemetery and denizens . Word of warning lots of hill and stairs on the walk-if that’s a problem you might end up a resident.

Arrived at the cemetery just before 10 am - looked around for our guide but the guides waiting weren't expecting us.
Waited until 10.40 and then my wife and I decided to do our own tour of the cemetery- after all it is free to roam and the map at the main entrance displays which areas are of interest.
Enjoyed the experience without the tour or guide

My friend and I wanted to book a tour with a difference and so Paris: Haunted Père Lachaise Cemetery Guided Tour piqued our interest. We were not disappointed, in fact, this tour with our tour guide, May, was one of the highlights of our trip. We spent two hours with May being guided round the grounds of the cemetery, being introduced to the graves and the stories of those who had been laid to rest in this picturesque place. May spent time getting to know us and even personalised the tour for us, asking us, if there were any graves in particular we’d like to visit. It was a joy to spend these two hours with May and hope very much to join her on another tour on our next trip to Paris. Thank you, May!
