Beautiful tour!! Enjoyed the dinner and the scenic ride!!!!!! My teenagers loved it… Will be back for sure. It was very relaxing and fun!

Great trip from start to finish, great service from Salem, lovely and attentive throughout.
Amazing food really couldn’t fault it, was perfect. The timing was great also passing the Eiffel Tower twice when it was glistening on the hour. Would really recommend.

This place food sucks and so does the service . It is crowded and I could see the other cruise go by. Management is worse and I don’t know what I was thinking booking this cruise ! What an idiot. It’s expensive and everything really is subpar. Get some food and go walk by the river you will be in better situation.

Fantastic! staff were amazing and were able to accommodate my gluten free AND vegetarian request at a moment's notice. The food was lovely and I would heartily recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris!

We were looking forward to the evening cruise past all the illuminated landmarks. Instead, with little notice, we cruised away from the city centre as the river was too high. Fair enough, but having e mailed and offered compensation, none has been given - it has been over a week
I accept safety is paramount, and as we only visited for one night the offer of another date wasn’t practical
However if you aren’t going to make “commercial recompense” don’t offer it. Nothing in the tour description suggests an alternative route might be used.
The boat was lovely as were the staff. Food was amazing and the music pleasant and complemented the party atmosphere.

Terrible food and service. The sights along the river are amazing which is on any cruise. They also closed the upper deck without reason

We were very excited for this tour as our first night in Paris but unfortunately myself and my partner were quite disappointed.
Firstly we were gutted that we were unable to see the main sights of Paris as the rivers had risen so the boat had to travel away from central Paris. We understand that this was not the boat tour companies fault, but we had paid extra for window seats to then see not really worthy sights. We spoke to the tour company whether the water would lessen while we were in Paris but we were there for a long weekend so unfortunately didn’t have much additional availability, but were assured the service would remain the same so we decided to continue.
Upon arriving, we were told we would leave promptly at 8:30pm but there was a huge queue still to get on the boat and the boat did not move until at least an hour later, but I guess there was not so much a rush due to the amended route.
We showed our tickets and were escorted to a table which had people already seated. We were told to wait and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes until being seated towards the back of the boat feeling a little shoved out the way.
I asked for us to be moved forwards as I could see empty seats, and was told he would check. I also asked to order drinks at that point and was told ‘my colleague is coming.’
Eventually we were told we could move, but the table was wonky so we had to be moved again which was a little unsettling that a few things hadn’t gone quite right yet and we were still drinkless. I asked for us to order drinks again and told again ‘my colleague is coming.’
About 20 minutes later, someone finally came to order our drinks, a beer and a bottle of wine. The beer came about 10 minutes later, wine no where to be seen.
The starter arrived, and was eaten and we reminded a staff member of our wine. Another 15 minutes had passed and again we reminded staff that we had ordered a bottle of wine. Finally my drink arrived, after 1.5 hours of being sat on the boat.
Myself and my partner were feeling a little frustrated, but tried to enjoy the rest of the evening, and thankfully the rest of the evening wasn’t as disappointing, the food was good (other than the scallops, unfortunately wasn’t what I was expecting at all) and music was great too.
However, the former series of events left a bitter taste in our mouth and we did not value this at being £90 pp.
I have since contacted the company about this, and have only been offered a discounted visit at a later date but unfortunately we will not be doing this particular tour again.

I was there last Friday Dec 15th with my family we had such of wonderful time, the food OMG so delicious we all love it !!!
The only sad things about it was that they had to change the route we didn’t get to see the Eiffel Tower from the ship, but not a big deal we visited next day . Thank you.

Fantastic cruise - nice clean boat with great entertainment, good service and 7/10 food. Had mid range expectations- far exceeded. I would recommend for anyone. All seating is great. Larger tables in middle and a line of 2 seaters and window seats. Window seats are not required for great sights.
