Mourad was AMAZING!!!! This is a MUST do. . We had so much fun, it was very interactive and Mourad was very engaging. I was so looking forward to this experience and it did NOT disappoint. The bakery owner was fantastic and all the staff in the kitchen were great. We had a wonderful snack upon arrival and once in the kitchen we sampled so much stuff. It was all delicious 😋 Bayat Bakery that hosted this event was spectacular!!! We made baguettes, croissants and financier cookies. I can’t begin to tell you what a wonderful experience this was and Mourad was simply the best. Highly recommend

tasting all the ingredients and sharing stories with the patissiers, we had so much fun. Morad (I hope I don't misspell his name) was a very friendly and enthusiast host. He told us so much about French bread and patisserie and we felt very welcome. Luckily I can speak a little French so had possibilities to speak with the patissiers as well and it was an afternoon very well spent!

Amazing experience with our family of four (children ages 10 and 13 yrs). We had a wonderful time learning about French bakeries, and the different types of delicious breads and sweets. Mourad was the BEST host- he did a fantastic job teaching us how to make baguettes and croissants. He was so fun and took extra time with our kids to ensure they had a great experience. This tour was a highlight of our trip to Paris and I would highly recommend it to all!

While the tour turned out to be great, A Taste of Paris (Voyages LLC)'s customer service is in need of improvement. When we had not received an address for the meeting point the day before the tour, I contacted customer service as suggested and left a voice mail message, and a text... neither of which were returned. I then contacted Trip Advisor's Florida office and spoke with a customer service agent. All he could do was leave a message for the trip operator, which he did. Still nothing. So, having gone on the same tour last year, we went to same boulangerie as a year ago at 8:30 this morning, hoping it might be the same bakery. While there was a tour going on, we were not on the list... they contacted the other bakery they use, who, while we were not on their list either, still had room for us. So, we walked another 15 minutes to a 2nd bakery and were warmly welcomed by the tour guide and the other guests who were waiting for our arrival. This was 10 hours ago, and we have still not heard a thing from A Taste of Paris. Again, the tour and our guide were fantastic and we highly recommend the experience. But, had I not gone on the tour last year, we would still be waiting to receive information about a meeting point. Not the kind of hassle one expects when a travel excursion was booked and paid for months ago.

Wonderful baking experience. Sampled some French pastries and hot chocolate to start then learned about making baguettes and an almond cookie. Nelly was very knowledgeable and the end products were delicious.

The tour was very good for young kids. Our guide, Mohad, was excellent with them. It was very interesting to see what happens in the bakery to make their products.

Great tour, really should disclose just how many flights of stairs are involved. We moved 2 flights of stairs 3-4 times and they were very narrow and steep. It was OK for our group but the slightest mobility issue would have made it truly impossible.
