The flexible entry aspect was very good and provided us entry using a very short line, so that was great! The included audio portion was not working and was not sponsored by the museum, so we had to pay additional for their audio, which was disappointing.

It was easy to get in. Not too many people. The audio app was less good. Just talking about some works that were hard to find. A few works had the wrong number. After a while we skipped the audio app and just looked at the works, which were all nice.

Great! We loved it. We took a lot of photos. See the paintings of Vincent Van Gogh if ready. And there is the collection of works by impressionist painters, the largest in Europe and one of the largest in the world.

Tickets worked, but the only reason I had to use this is because scalpers/resellers buy up tickets and make it so I can't get them normally.
The German tour company Wanderung, which does not exist, had its hours set to India Standard Time, and then the tickets were listed as coming from YO TOURS. The fact that they obfuscated who they really were lets you know how scummy they are.

After 45 minutes in line we were told it would be another hour and a half. We have mobility issues and are unable to stay for this tour. Maybe we'll get our money back. Maybe we won't. The tour guide wasn't certain even if we had stayed. We are not physically able to stand for 3 hours before we go on a tour that we walk. Be warned when they say this is no skip the line. They mean it and you have got a thousand people in front of you and that's before you get on the tour. This is just the line to get into the elevators that will take you up the Eiffel Tower

Our guide was so personable and informative with a side of whimsy and humor! The only thing that was unfortunate was the guide's microphone batter died halfway through the tour. Perhaps it would be good to keep an extra on hand. Was a great tour regardless!

Ticket worked as described. We were able to enter at the time of our choosing. The PDF you are sent initially is not your ticket. Your ticket will be sent separately, closer to the time of the booking.

I ended up skipping the audio guide because it didn't appeal to me and I wasn't quite sure what the order was. It was very crowded and so it was more relaxing for me to "just walk" through the exhibition.

Trip Advisor charged me with Audio Guide but at the museum we were told that that was not correct and that Trip Advisor had no arrangement with them to do so. Then, we had to pay again for the audio guide. When trying to claim a refund, there is no option in the Trip Advisor menu to do so because the drop down list does not allow for this type of claims. I was looking for a partial refund for the audio guide I was charged. Not even an “others” among your drop down list. It is fair to have my money back not for the tickets but for the audio.
