We had booked tickets with the timeslot 10:30 a.m. through this provider. The description says you should be there 15-30 minutes beforehand in order to get through security. We were there more than an hour earlier and still got through security 25 minutes late because the line was a good 200m long. The ticket provider then refused to give us our tickets. We were then left with no tickets at all. Money gone. no tickets. no mercy. never never never again! Fraud!
