Imagine a gourmet meal where lyrical singers wander among the tables and offer you a marvelous recital: you are dining on stage!
A quartet of young professionals accompanied on the piano, will perform solo or in duet Carmen, Don Giovanni, Tosca, The Magic Flute, La Bohème….
The opera arias are in French, Italian, German depending on the language in which these works were created.
Their proximity and friendliness will enchant you. These young French and foreign artists, belonging to a troupe of 100 singers and 20 pianists, are undoubtedly the lyrical stars of tomorrow.
The opera dinner show is a gourmet and entertaining evening, punctuated with surprises. Only one service per evening.

Where to start...We had booked the Bel Canto to have a festive evening after our wedding ceremony, but little did we know that the evening would take precedence over the day because it was so memorable:
1) The entire staff, staff and management were very attentive. Whether in the telephone/email exchanges before the evening, or during the day itself, we have always been extremely well received & accompanied, so much so that the service had started well before we set foot in the restaurant. I would particularly like to thank Alexandre Austruy and Donna da Silva for their kindness, friendliness and availability to make this evening an unforgettable moment.
2) The menu was generous, there was enough choice to please everyone and we were even able to compose a personalized menu to have enough choice for everyone
3) The show, including a pianist and gifted and very talented singers, was even better than what we had initially imagined: the songs alternate with more chilled piano pieces which allow us to have conversations between two courses before being able to enjoy once again the lyrical songs of Bel Canto performers
In short, this is the first review I'm writing, but if you come across it and want to have a great evening, I warmly invite you to go to the Bel Canto located near the Quai de l'hôtel de ville, it's is an experience to absolutely do if you have never tried such a concept ;)

Not really knowing where we were going to end up, we were received jovially and friendly by a cheerful team.
it was a very pleasant experience with a perfectly coordinated atmosphere in which we were gently and enthusiastically taken into the singers' passion for music.
the room was pleasantly decorated and the acoustics did justice to the arias.
the tasty stories after each song made us want to explore the opera stories again and deeper.

In a pretty neighborhood of Paris: dishes follow one another, interspersed with opera arias performed live and accompanied on the piano. For us, a new and interesting experience, because both are of good quality.
Above all, it is the general atmosphere that emerges from the place that we appreciated: certainly 'select' given the prices charged but full of humor and not stuffy. A lovely discovery for a dinner like no other, which inevitably leaves a lasting impression.

Food was great. Singers were very impressive. Even if you finish your meal, you hesitate to leave because there may be more show coming! We had a lovely night and I highly recommend.

We arrive in a setting that immediately immerses us in the opera, very warm welcome, quick support and service as well, the waiters sing while serving, and the scenes follow one another with explanations each time for novices it's a very nice discovery of opera in a very friendly atmosphere and magnificent voices

Pushed away at the back in an unattractive side wing, while not all tables in the central area were occupied. There is zero amenity value in this place. Price-quality food poor. The concept is fantastic, the execution is crap. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the great musicians.
