It all starts with a warm cup of tea or coffee before jumping right into the crafting of your own Buttery Croissant, Pain au Chocolat (or chocolate croissant) and the Pain au Raisin ! Small groups of 8 allow the chef to follow closely how you learn new skills and knowledge.
First, discover the equipment, the ingredients, and the theory behind the making of the croissant. You will be making it from scratch with quality ingredients we selected from our local producers.
Then kneading the predough is where it all begins. You will provide the last ingredient with the rolling pin as you roll out the finished dough from which you will shape your own pastries! Time will do the rest while they rest and bake.
It all ends well with the tasting of what you have baked and the always instructive chat about your trip to Paris. We, as chefs, are very happy to give you our culinary advice, recommendations, and opinions and also learn from you. Don’t forget to take away the leftovers!

We loved learning how to bake Parisian style. The Croissants were delicious and beautiful and the cinnamon rolls were amazing. Our fearless leader, Craque, seemed to confuse the goal of the class - baking perfection (her’s) with a fun cooking activity in Paris (ours) but it’s hard not to enjoy such a fantastic event.

We spent a great morning learning to make Croissants. It was fun and interactive even for the novice chefs among us. You wouldn't believe the beautiful delicious & authentic pastries that we all made! The best part is the end when you taste them fresh and hot from the oven, and even pack some to bring home. The space was clean and airy with plenty of room for 8 of us around the table. Our teacher Morgan from Kansas was fabulous. Fun, patient and knowledgeable she made the experience top for the kids and adults alike. I loved learning about the culture of food and the great pride that Parisians take in the quality of their food. A must do!!

The best thing i signed up to do! They communicated quickly when I was lost and couldn't find the location. When I arrived they were very friendly and welcoming, my chef was Manel. She was wonderful, English is her first language so that made things wonderful for me since I us a hearing aid.
She explained everything, every step, she was encouraging and patient. I loved how her information helped me understand better the reason I do things when I bake Sourdough, but that's another story.
We took home all the bread we baked and my husband and I enjoyed them on the balcony of our hotel, still warm from the oven. A treasured memory.
It was a wonderful class and I can't wait to make croissants.

We had a fantastic 2.5hrs with our master baker Delphine.
She took us through the process of creating croissants from scratch.
Explained the necessary details to ensure success every time.
She made us feel welcome, kept us involved in the process and voila, at the end of class we had delicious croissants and panne chocolat to take back to our hotel.
A fantastic afternoon spent in Paris totally recommend.

This class was such a fun and creative experience in Paris. Millie was very welcoming and led the class at a perfect pace. You can tell everyone here puts a lot of thought and effort into their craft and they genuinely enjoy sharing it with others. The location is very accessible and in a great area for exploring both before and after the class.

Perfect Class, Delicious Croissants! We were with Chef Max and he was awesome. He explained and demonstrated everything so well. He made things easy and fun. The croissants are SO GOOD. Would come back again for a different class next time!

Such an enjoyable class. Unfortunately I forgot the instructor’s name but he was conversational and interactive. I would definitely go back next time I’m in Paris. I was with my 18 year old son who also enjoyed and would go back
