It all starts with a warm cup of tea or coffee before jumping right into the crafting of your own Buttery Croissant, Pain au Chocolat (or chocolate croissant) and the Pain au Raisin ! Small groups of 8 allow the chef to follow closely how you learn new skills and knowledge.
First, discover the equipment, the ingredients, and the theory behind the making of the croissant. You will be making it from scratch with quality ingredients we selected from our local producers.
Then kneading the predough is where it all begins. You will provide the last ingredient with the rolling pin as you roll out the finished dough from which you will shape your own pastries! Time will do the rest while they rest and bake.
It all ends well with the tasting of what you have baked and the always instructive chat about your trip to Paris. We, as chefs, are very happy to give you our culinary advice, recommendations, and opinions and also learn from you. Don’t forget to take away the leftovers!

Host was amazing and croissants were delicious! I loved that it was gluten free and that there were other participants to converse with as well. Very English Speaking friendly!

This was a highlight of the trip. The instructor was patient and funny. This was definitely an experience that you will be happy to have done in Paris. The croissants were delicious and this experience was wonderful.

Very nice instructor in a convenient setting. I doubt I’d be able to truly make croissants again, but it was fun. It’s a bit overpriced for what you get, though.

This was an excellent experience whereby we learned in a very efficient, organized and fun way the fundamentals of making croissants. I never realized how complex this process is. Sarah is a terrific instructor, She broke everything down in a way that made sense. I had no experience with croissant making but partner is quite knowledgeable and he said he learned many valuable things that will aid him going forward. Hence this is great for beginners as well as experienced bakers.

Let’s start off with it was a wonderful experience. Expectations were established immediately ensure that everyone would have a good experience. Our instructor, Julia, was very nice and an expert at her craft. All in all completely worth the expense. Also if you do this class don’t forget to tip your host.
