I'm not an overly fashionable person, but my stepmom is, so I booked this tour. It was a private tour, so we weren't lost in a large crowd. I must say, it was extremely interesting. Ivo is willing to tailor the tour to your specific interests, so we got a lot of historical information about the background and creation of the various fashion houses in Paris. And we were shown where the vintage shops were located, shops that dealt exclusively in the high value brands. I can't expressed how fascinating I found this tour to be.

IVO is like a walking encyclopedia. He was truly amazing and made me feel like a had the true PARISIAN experience. We were able to walk around the beautiful city and learn about its immense fashion culture. It's an experience I will NEVER forget. I consider myself a fashionista/trendsetter so to have this tour meant so much to me.

Ivo gave my wife and me a great tour. We learned so much about the French fashion houses, the business of fashion and the development of fashion in Paris. It was set against a historical backdrop and we took in some iconic Paris locations. Iconic very knowledgeable and keeps the tour interesting.

I was very disappointed we did not go in a single shop or Dept. store. We only walked around outside the entire time of the tour. The few fashion comments were not in depth and were repeated over several times… If you know about fashion even a little you will be disappointed .

Our tour guide knew so much and shared very interesting information about the different design houses and their history, our tour included vintage and current fashion shops, we enjoyed hearing the history and latest trends. Great tour overall, nice walking tour.

Our Paris fashion history tour was fantastic. Ivo is super knowledgeable and generous with personal anecdotes drawn from his experiences in the fashion industry. We learnt so much about French fashion culture, haute couture designers, and the commerce of fashion. This was an amazing tour!! Anything you want to learn about fashion you will find out. Guide is knowledgeable and very personable. He has a great sense of humor too. I would do the tour again as he can customize the tour based on your interests.
