It was a frustrating experience as the company redirected the focus of the tour to a Seine River cruise instead of the Catacombs as originally intended. We ended up waiting in line for an hour, feeling cramped among tour buses and parked cars along the river. There was a lack of clear guidance from any official personnel, making the situation poorly communicated. Due to these delays, we missed the catacombs visit. Additionally, we had a negative experience as we were spat on by three people from the bridge, and several couples continuously pushed past us to get the perfect Eiffel Tower picture. What's more, we were troubled by the lack of safety announcements and information about the location of life jackets. Overall, our experience with the company was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise against considering them for any future tours.

The Catacombs were amazing; however we only received one ticket and were denied entry until we called customer service and they then tried to send both tickets, but even then it was just one but the people at the catacombs let us through. Overall the ticket experience was very frustrating.

The headphones were very informative and helpful. The lines outside were a bit jumbled, but worked when the guide came out to help. Everyone was quick to answer questions.

This is NOT skip the line and is false misrepresentation-you do have to wait in line so be careful.
You can buy your own tickets and wait in line for the price.

Absolutely awful. How dare you offer bookings on Mondays, which are literally not available on-site? I travelled to Paris for this, and am still waiting for my refund. Will never use this service again.

The Catacombs tour was really good..... you doing it at your own pace and can get lost in all the stories using the audioguide.

The catacombs were closed due to a transit strike, but Viator didn't even send an email to let us know. We ended up walking an hour to get there and then walked an hour back for nothing. Another person who had arrived said she called Viator before ubering to the catacombs and they had confirmed it was open. This makes me think it's better to just buy tickets directly, not through third party sites like this. My email asking for a refund hasn't been answered yet.

Unfortunately the day of the tour, there were strikes and protests happening in Paris. I messaged the tour operator to check if the catacombs were still opened because our earlier Eiffel Tower tour was not open. I received a reply saying yes the catacombs were still open and to arrive prior to 6:40pm which would be the last time to go in. I booked and Uber, paid over 30 euro, and once arrived and the Uber had left, realised the catacombs were not opened. I then tried to booked another Uber to get back to our hotel but no drivers were available due to the high demand with no public transport operating. My son and I had no choice but to walk the 1 hour back to our hotel in the freezing cold with heavy jackets and boots.
When I finally got wifi I message the tour operator again all I got was a ‘sorry, I meant 4:40pm’.
Unfortunately this was our last day in Paris so we were unable to rebook. I feel that the company should have probably found out prior if there were any concerns of the tour going ahead and advised if it wasn’t. I received an email from Viator saying I will be refund - hopefully the refund comes through. The communication was terrible and we were extremely disappointed.
