Departed 30 minutes late. Server was inattentive. Never checked back if we wanted more wine or beverages or if everything was ok. Photographer never came to our table (would have loved a souvenir photo) even after trying several times to get her attention. Ordered 2 filets at addl cost and both were dry, overcooked and stringy. Disappointed there was no narrative as to what we were seeing along the way, even though they asked for our language preference. This was going to be our first night in Paris and it was a huge disappointment. Would not recommend at all.

Lovely trip . Very relaxing. Nice brunch . Staff attentive and polite. Boat very clean .. very good value for the money . Wasn’t expecting a lot so pleasantly surprised.

The food was nice and the staff were pleasant; however, they were not going to allow me to have a window seat because we did not purchase directly through them. They said people had paid extra for that. I told them I was not given the option when I purchased by tickets. They waited till they were sure there was an extra window table available and let us move. I wish I had chosen a later hour because we did not get the sunset or see the city lights.

The same day they canceled our activity and I am waiting for my money to be returned. It was scheduled for Saturday 04/27

Excellent cruise. Very comfortable boat, not very noisy. The service is pleasant and the menu is perfect for young and old.
The view of Paris and its monuments from the Seine is always a great spectacle!
We spent a very pleasant evening. To do again.

Being shown to our seats to then wait 45 minutes for a drink even asking for table water just to start but still never got either until our starters were served.
When we asked about the wines as we wanted a bottle to share, we was hoping for a recommendation but instead the waiter replied ‘I don’t drink alcohol so I could not say’
I’m not sure if they was understaffed or just undertrained but we was sat closest to the kitchen but was served last out of the whole boat, we watched for a hour as food went out passed us while we still had our forgotten starter plates in front of us.
There was never a table check to see if the starter was ok, the waiter just came to take the plates to then return a minute latter with the mains, which we had to send back as both dishes were cold, they returned a couple minutes later. Hot plates cold food still.
When the waiter Finally came back to the table to present us the bill we had to remind him we hadn’t even had our desert yet.
Overall absolutely terrible experience, the actual sights along the river was the only good thing about the trip, poor service and no customer service.
