The tour is a great way to get familiar with Paris and the monuments while providing a tour of the city lit up at night. Very enjoyable.

Overall, a wonderful opportunity to see the beautiful architecture and views of Paris.
The recorded commentary (and music filler) was lackluster and often hard to hear with the engine noise. That said, I would highly recommend.

Route was great, nice time. Stopped by sights and allowed us to take pictures! It rained and was cold but it wasn’t their fault!

We were traveling 4 - family with 2 children. As BigBus and TootBus ofers same way just different price - we took Toot. Buses we ok, in the morning clean, in the evening - not any more. As we read reviews we were bit afraid, but was better when we expected. Big Buses were driving more often when Toot. But we never waited more then 10mins. Audio guide in EN was so so, but gide in EN for children was ok. In general - all good, recomended.

Tootbus night tour was a great experience. They had the timing perfect for lighting up the tower as well as other locations,Had some fun and interesting music to listen to along the way as well.

Highly disappointed, booked and paid for tickets couple of weeks later the time was changed from 8pm to 9pm. We were advised by Tootbus to arrive at 8:30pm for ticket checks, by 9:15 no bus had arrived with no sign of any turning up, customers were all stood in the cold and dark at a bus stop wondering what was happening, a few of us tried to contact customer services which was closed. Eventually a man came to say they had issues with the bus so would people come back tomorrow or wait until they sorted something. We had to leave at 9.35pm due to travelling back to England. Apparently the bus then came at 9:40pm. We paid €30 to park our car for a tour we were unable to do. Tootbus have refused to cover any of our losses, definitely won’t use their service again and would not recommend to others.
