Excellent time on this flight from Paris to Versailles and back after a stopover... The pilot was great, and the stopover time allowed for good exchanges with the pilot, and the other passengers of the helicopter... A pilot from Tossou le noble who welcomed us at the stopover was also really very nice... A real good time this day, and makes you want to do more...

They canceled our reservation due to technical problems, they charged us twice, one was returned after 3 months, the other I am still waiting for. NOT RECOMMENDABLE,

Flight canceled 3 times in Paris (for weather reasons and Rugby World Cup) To get back on a flight, not much choice, it's 1 date per month or nothing. Flight canceled 4-5 days in advance, difficult to organize…
So I requested a refund, but of course it was impossible to get someone by phone: requests were only made by email. And in short, request refused.
After more than thirty emails, to obtain a compromise and therefore a new flight to another destination. And yes, because it is never the same person who responds to the email, so it is very difficult to obtain the right information the first time. I had to go back more than 6 emails to get the boarding passes with the right names, the right flight and the right date. For the date, you have to go through this same service: it offers you a date, you confirm, then they take a week to respond so this same date is already complete and again... we believe in a hidden camera.
After a while, I finally got a 4th flight to Arcachon, canceled once again... 1 day in advance 🤡
To summarize, despite all the efforts and good will I put into it: completely disastrous service!! It's been going on for 1 year, when you know that the tickets cost 500 euros, it's hard to give up.

They postponed to after we left Paris so they could keep the money. Then they cancelled the flight because no helicopter available same day. Pretended I cancelled so they could keep 100 percent. Failed to respond to calls and emails. Reported to Tripadvisor who gave me money back. We would have made other plans instead of wasting 3 hours of our vacation, taxi to get there etc.

They cancelled on the morning of our flight on Valentine’s Day, I had previously read that they do this but hoped for the best then they said it will take a month to refund our money because they have so many people to refund. Do not EVER book a helicopter ride with this conpany! I don’t even no why they are operating!!!!

They cancelled the tour twice in the same week and we ended up not making the tour because we were coming back home! When I asked for reimbursement they told they couldn’t do anything, that I had to talk to TripAdvisor and Google their phone number to make the complaint.

The host, Allison, was really nice.
I wonder why we had to wait for so long for the come back flight, waiting inside of a room Without anything to do or eat.
Honestly I was expecting something better.
