Great service great food!! Lovely boat - amazing views. Would 100% return. Great for families and couples of all ages. Music was a nice addition

They left without us. We’d been in constant communication and they said if we arrived by 645 they would wait but they watched us run to the boat with our luggage and three kids (one in a stroller/a year and a half) and pulled away as we arrived at the dock at 645 (the other came straight from the Eurostar). Our friends were on the boat and confirmed we were arriving and the servers said they were aware and waiting for us (btw the boat was less than 1/3 full) but they still left without us. It was our twins 10 year birthday. The people at the front desk offered no apology or alternative, they just watched our kids cry and left us to figure out how to get a cab back with all of our luggage and kids in the cold. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Ruined experience and sad ending to what could have been a happy birthday celebration. They couldn’t even look me in the eye when they offered no apology…cowards.

We had a great 3 course meal with lively service and scenery. This was one of our highlights for the whole of Paris.

Amazing views of the city, boat small & not over crowded but good atmosphere!
Food was good, and really accommodating for me being gluten free.
Staff friendly & helpful and the singer was very good.

My wife, daughter and I took this evening experience in - and it was wonderful; the high glass windowed boat was perfect for viewing Paris and the crew made an excellent job of showing us the highlights and manoeuvring the boat for the best views.
The food was excellent, with options to upgrade to steak and cheese board - which we did and it was first rate; the entertainment was excellent too with a great singer. And the service was excellent too - very friendly and efficient.
We really enjoy a magical night and will definitely do it again :)

We absolutely loved the cruise! The entire experience was amazing and would definitely go again. We didn’t have the upgraded package so we had a middle seat but couple see absolutely everything because of the glass roof. The food was well presented and tasty! It’s not quite Michelin star but let’s be honest you aren’t going for that, but we thought it was bette than we expected. We had a singer on board and the wine was really reasonably priced and had an absolute ball! Definitely recommend if looking for a romantic night and something a bit different. We went on the 915 cruise and it was timed so we sailed past when the Eiffel Tower started twinkling!

The cruise was nice. The entertainment was fantastic. The singer had a beautiful voice and sang tunes that are known. Starter salad was so good. My entree was fish with risotto and it was tasty. Dessert was chocolate and a cheesecake like dessert with lemon. Both were really good. Got some lovely pictures along the river.
