Beautiful experience. I would go through the same company if I had the chance to do it again. The guys on the boat did very well with 2 deaf women.

Great quick activity. At first the tour, Operator said they were going to pick us up at 11 o’clock, but we weren’t scheduled to go parasailing until 2- which was crazy. I connected with them through WhatsApp and pushed back. They were very responsive and moved our parasailing time up earlier so all in all we were gone for about an hour and 45 minutes with the majority of that time being the transport from and to our hotel. You’re up in the air for about eight minutes which really was plenty of time. We went with my three kids and everybody had a really good time.

The excursion itself 🪂 was fun. The tour guides of the boat were boring and non interactive. I'd probably choose a different company if I were given a chance to do this again. 🤷🏻♀️

Due to low wind, they had to cancel but I got a refund. It stated that no refund in cancelled within 24 hours but there is a drop down menu that you select you were asked to cancel by the tour operator and even though it initially indicated $0 refund, I still got a full refund within a few days. I did see some boats parasailing that morning but they were not getting high up due to low wind.

This was a fun first-time experience with my cousin. I would’ve provided 5 stars, but the overall description of the excursion is slightly misleading. There was no “welcome drink” or even water offered to the group, and the boat is not a “yacht” we were expecting upon arrival. Friendly staff, however.

First time and it was a breeze! We had to reschedule for the next day due to us getting badly sick and they were very accommodating. Thank you! They quickly get you to and from the boat you’ll be parasailing from. A little too quick actually. Thought we’d be able to get some local food before heading out but they actually brought us to the hotel from the boat. But all in all, great experience!The employees were helpful and kind. I would pass on the pics tho.
