Parasailing in Miami with Upgrade Options

I received a call that they canceled the flight 10 minutes before it start time. Very unprofessional. It ruined my whole day. Surprised by the extra $100+ extra fees at the door. It really made the whole experience not worth it.

Viator is a bad app for booking, i had origionally looked up parasailing near me and it searched it to somewhere else that was non-refundable. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS APP! They did nothing to help refund the hundreds of dollars i wasted! I also called the place and explained the situation, and they were rude for the entire conversation at hand. Viator was suppose to help me, but the customer support only offered to help me waste more money on a different trip far away that is impossible to reach.

This was so much fun! Our guy in charge did an amazing job had a great sense of humor, which made it more fun and put everything at ease. The view is beautiful up in the sky while parasailing. It was a smooth takeoff and a smooth landing would definitely do it again, highly recommend.

An exhilarating sensation of flying like a seabird (like a seagull) at almost 200 feet of altitude and at a speed of 25 knt.

Add to all this a one-hour ride on a brand new jet ski. It was worth every penny spent.

We had a blast! Great company I highly recommend to book with them if you want to do parasail in Miami! I would recommend to come in the morning, it’s less crowded.

It was a blast. All 3 couples were made to feel special and our experience was filled with waves, winds and high elevations.. a perfect combo and the 2 gentlemen/ crew were exceptional!!!

We booked the event through the Viator webpage for a parasailing event with Miami Water Sports. The event was listed as 89.00. I booked for 4 individuals. Upon arrival at the event time for check in we were amazed to find that the bait and switch was on with an additional 48.00 plus fees and tax required for each indivial to parasail. With the no refund policy you are forced to abandon your reservation and fees paid- in my case 356.00 or pay the additional 252.00 to proceed with the booking. So be aware the cost to parasail with these crooks is not 89.00 but in fact 152.00- nearly 50% more than advertised. Very disappointed in this situation. Be warned. Hidden fees with a no refund policy is criminal. I had multiple contacts with the company for directions and questions and not one time was it mentioned that additional cost equaling nearly 50% more would be incurred. Very deceitful.
