Doing it with a friend and to see the view was by far the best. Ten minutes felt like a half an hour.

It was a good experience.
The staff were nice and we had a good time - really cool - a must try if you have never done it before.

I booked this tour through Viator 4/18 and it was unable to take place and next available date we were not going to be in Cancun so we requested a refund. We were told we get a refund 2-10 business days later. We have yet to receive the refund of more than 400.00. Previous review stated difficulties receiving refund. I should have listened. It’s been 12 business days and no update has been provided even after sending a follow up email. Yes this company at your own risk. I hope to receive my refund without involving my credit card company.

We got picked up from our Hotel at stated time, and it was about a 25 minute drive to the location. The service was fast, and professional. The parasailing was very fun and we felt safe the whole time. Afterwards, we got our photos (you can pay for them), and they brought us back to the hotel.

We had a wonderful experience. The pickup was on time. The trip to the speedboat was very efficient. We didn't have to waste any time. The equipment was well maintained, and our flight was really enjoyable. I like the free hanging setup better than the lounger version. You have the much better flying sensation. Will do this again next time.

We had a trip planned for a Wednesday afternoon, including transport. Our window for pickup came and went and no one showed up. I called the tour company and found out they had canceled the tour, but hadn't gotten around to notifying us. Apparently they decided in the morning the weather was too bad for parasailing, but by afternoon still hadn't contacted us.

We ended up re-scheduling for Friday morning and were able to do the parasailing which was great. The experience was fun and the operators/staff were great!

Would rate higher but the lack of communication was a bummer. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they had notified us in the morning so we could make different plans for the afternoon.

The adventure was excellent from beginning to end. We were picked up directly from the resort and rode for about 15-20 minutes to a dock filled with other tourists and people waiting to snorkel, jet ski and parasail. The crew was great and explained everything. We felt very safe the whole time and definitely recommend this excursion when visiting Cancun. It’s worth it!

After an hour long taxi ride we were told that it was cancelled due to high winds. I bet it would have been awesome if we could have done it.

This company is very organized and truly communicates when it comes to snorkeling- parasailing -jet skis- they are truly on point. I did the parasailing it was truly breathtaking just wish we had more than 10 minutes up in the air. They do offer you purchase the video they have a go-pro attached to the harness but I didn't get it- this is truly a must do- you'll regret it if you don't.
