The Audience represents a very intense point of contact between the Pope and the faithful coming from the four corners of the world. Pope Francis and the Cardinals will pass through the crowd reaching their stage, greet and bless people in different languages, with hymns and homilies. To get your reserved pre-booked tickets with no stress and gain the sits available closest to the Pope, be supported by an expert local guide and an audio device, and be perfectly on time in this busy and requested great event, we recommend choosing this tour. The Audience may be celebrated in the majestic venue of St. Peter’s Square or in the dedicated Nervi Hall, according to Vatican schedule. If in St. Peter's Square, you will also walk with us close to the monumental Castel Sant'Angelo and along Via della Conciliazione, in order to reach St. Peter's in the background and pass the security check-points to the Vatican City. Our guide will tell you the story and the secrets of the Vatican, suggest where to sit and make your arrival works smoothly despite crowds. Then, at the end of the Audience (about 11:30/11:45 am), you will meet our guide again in Via della Conciliazione 48, to get refreshed with a complimentary bottle of water and to return the audio device. Remember that Papal Audience tickets are free but very much in demand and that making your own arrival at this event could be very hard. • Admission tickets to the Papal Audience are free but we’d like to highlight that it’s mandatory to reserve tickets at least two months in advance. With our tours you don’t need the reservation: the price includes a booking service to the public audience and a professional guide. Accommodation in St. Peter’s Square is not guaranteed, as seats cannot be booked
• In case of missing audio devices, an additional charge of 80,00€ net to us will be applied for each missing device

Monica was an excellent guide. She gave a lot of good history even things I did not hear on my Vatican tour. Really appreciate her attentiveness to all our questions. We were less than 20 feet from the Pope when he came by on his entrance.

Seeing the pope, and seeing the level of admiration for him amongst the catholics- it was amazing. Our guide knew her syuff but i didnt feel a truly engagement for the experience

we arrived 5 mins late because of the traffic and we asked the operator if they could help us but they said NO straight away. good thing we managed on our own and we met the tourguide by ourselves without any help from the operator. we did not dwell on that thought and instead were grateful that we were able to see the pope in person.

The audience with the Pope itself was excellent and a once in a lifetime experience. However, our guide, if you can use that term in reference to her, was terrible.

Our guide Laura was excellent! Full of interesting tidbits of history and workings of the Vatican. Entering the auditorium was hectic but not anyone’s fault. I highly recommend this tour!!

Laura did a great job. Lots of time waiting in lines, as expected. The weather was bad, so the audience was indoors instead of outside. Still a marvelous experience. I would recommend booking a private audience if possible. Laura went above and beyond for us, even helped with shopping afterwards.

Our guide was fantastic - she guided successful thru the crowds and brought us to strategic viewing point. We were inches from the pope as he traveled thru the crowd in his vehicle. She was also very informative about the historical significance of the square as well

The Pope came in his Popemobile and slowly passed in front of us. We were so close that we could almost reach out and touch him. Our guide was excellent. She explained everything about the visit and knew exactly where we should sit and then stand to be as close as possible to his Holiness the Pope. Thank you.
