Amazing, once in a lifetime experience. I think any negative reviews here probably couldn’t find the meeting point. It was confusing to find, and there were other tour groups meeting at the same time which doesn’t help, but luckily we arrived extra early and found our guide no problem. The coordinator arrived at 7:35 but it didn’t affect the tour or entry at all. Our guide took us to an awesome spot where the pope passed by just a few feet from us and I’ll never forget it. So worth it!

You need to do this tour if you want to see the pope. Great to see the pope so close and enjoy an audience with him. Tour guide was wonderful!!!

We had the tour my husband, my son (15) and me. We arrived 5 minutes late, and the guide told us (not friendly at all, rude) that she just have 2 radios only, and she wasn't sure we can join her group. This activity is only to let you in the Audience and get a good place. The group was in the line, and the guide only explain a couple of things about the Vatican. We didn't interrupted or delayed anything. was more the time she spent on calling the supervise to ask if she can accepted us, even though we were on her list, and it was a paid activity.
So, the experience of the Papal Audience is amazing but that agent was very rude and not helping with us, her customers and tourist. Maybe was the vendor.....

Brilliant experience, got so close to the Pope we could touch him! My tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke the entire time we were in the queue, so the time passed very quickly. She got us to the best seats she could and made me feel comfortable seeing that I was alone and did not know what to expect! 100% worth paying just for the ease of not needing to get tickets, and having somebody there to guide you through a confusing entrance! What a fun and different experience for me to have, thank you!

A very meaningful experience to be in the presence of the holy Pope for 1 hour. The hearing takes place from 9 am to Wednesday. Tickets are free and can be picked up at the Vatican City Hall.
Tip: arrive early around 07:00 and go to the entrance, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Then you can sit closer to the Pope.
