Had a good experience. Have to pick up tickets at a location a short walk away from pantheon. Audio tour was interesting and informative. Good tour and affordable.

Really interesting tour, of a fascinating building. The audio guide was excellent apart from a bit too much music at the end of each section. I am really glad we chose to do an audio tour here.
We found the ticket collection point easily enough but people do need to be aware that it is about 8 minutes walk from the nearest metro station and then you need to walk for about another 8 minutes to get to the Pantheon. Instructions for the ticket collection point allowed us to easily see which Basilica it was in, but it might be helpful to know that the collection point is on the right side, just inside the portico, (as you stand looking towards the interior of the church) and up a few steps, Although the Viator paperwork describes it as a book shop, it is more of a small kiosk selling a few books than a typical UK bookshop.

Read carefully where you are to pick up tickets, which is an 8-10 min walk. My fault for not reading it carefully as we arrived and then had to leave, find the place, not well marked, get our printed paper with barcode, and get in line. It does save you the time from the ticket purchase line, which was much longer and slower. There is no explanation of where to get the audio guides (left wall), but it was nice to find seats. Audio is clear but unnecessarily long with extra music and sort of cheesy/lame. But it was a nice place to SIT and hear the history. Truly remarkable engineering! But seriously could just be a digital transaction.

Easy to collect ticket & audio guide. Incredible historical place. Found seats to listen to the guide before walking around.

Visited here on a Sunday at 12. Booked fast track and audio guide. Unfortunately you have to collect a physical ticket from the bookshop which is about 7 mins away. Huge queue to wait for ticket, plus another queue to get in. Plus another queue to collect audio guide. However definitely worth it. Such a unique, building. Very interesting

So educational. The construction, the history and the people buried there. It was great and at our own pace.

Check-in place was a very long walk to the Pantheon, and no directions were given on how to get there. Once at the Pantheon, the line to get in was very long (this tour was advertised as “skip the line”) and then once inside, there was another long line to pick up the headsets. From the time we arrived at Viator’s check-in point to the time we started the audio tour was OVER ONE HOUR! Ridiculously long waits all along the way.

Getting to the pantheon only to find that had an at least seven minute walk to get the tickets was frustrating. Even more annoying we could not find the site. This is a very poorly arranged tour.

The Pantheon is the best preserved of Rome's temples, even if the interior was heavily remodeled following its transformation into a church.
The most notable part in my opinion is the magnificent coffered interior of the dome, open in the center with the so-called "oculus", which on sunny days projects a circle of light inside.
The circular perimeter is interspersed with some chapels, with the tombs of the first two kings of Italy, Vittorio Emanuele II and Umberto I, Raffaello Sanzio and other historical personalities.
A place of great charm and beauty, an unmissable stop on every visit to Rome.
For the entrance ticket with audio guide, which I bought online, I spent €15.
The queue to enter, at the scheduled time, is not very long and clears up quickly.

Tickets not near the pantheon. Hard to find the book shop. Most likely will not use again. Should be close and well marked to find the tickets
