We were not able to find the place to get our tickets. Much easier if the tickets would just have been emailed to us like with the other experiences and tours we have done. The area around the Pantheon was so crowded and disorganized, it was impossible to find anyone to assist. We ended up not even doing the tour so it was a complete waste of money. We have rated all of the other tours we have done a 5 out of 5, but not this one. Very disappointed.

The self guided audio tour was good. Allows for us to really enjoy the Pantheon at our own pace. However as our scheduled time was 5.30pm...it was too dark to see the beauty of the light shining through. Recommend visiting in the daytime to truly enjoy the place.
The place to collect the tickets was a bit too far though, a good 15 mins walk there and back just to collect the tickets.
Easy app to use and purchase tickets.

Very simple, straightforward, and affordable tour. The Pantheon isn't miles of ground to cover, but there is so much history to learn about so it's nice to be able to take your time and go on a self-guided tour of all the stories the building has to tell. This was a really nice and relaxing experience, especially since we could go at our own speed. The tour itself is super simple, just follow the numbers and play the corresponding audio clips. Great addition to our vacation!

Pantheon is amazing, don't miss it.
This was annoying as we had to walk through crowds a ways off to grab our tickets, then go back, with no one to spare.
Advert should indicate this more clearly in the title as we walked directly the Pantheon.

The digital ticket was just a voucher to pick up a ticket over a kilometer away, which wasn't made clear until I read the fine print. After walking from the Pantheon to the pickup location, the attendant could not find our name after looking and just gave us two pre-printed tickets worth $5 each when weed paid 20 each for ours.

Nice opportunity to learn Rome history. I also attended Christmas Eve church service there, they kept us standing in line and began letting us in once the service was started.
