The group was small but the tour guy was boring. It wasn’t engaging the tour guide had a thick accent and did not make the tour fun

Our guide (sorry fog is name) was excellent, there was only 6 of us in the tour
Provided us with a lot of information.
We did the additional walking tour after, which was only 2 of us, which was great

Pros: The guide was very good. He was relaxed, well-informed, patient and respectful. I was delighted to discover that, even though we were the only couple to sign up for the second half of the tour (Piazza della Minerva, Tempio di Adriano, Piazza Navona and more), he stuck with us on what evolved into a private tour.

Cons: The guide did not issue any audio equipment. (Perhaps the equipment is not allowed in the Pantheon.) The guide was soft-spoken and had a deep voice. It was a busy day and the crowd noise prevented me from hearing a few parts of the guide's presentation. In fairness, younger tourists may not have experienced this issue.

My party and I were scheduled to see the Pantheon on 9/22 @ 5:30pm and got cancelled cause of a private event that was scheduled last minute. The frustrating part is the tour agency called me the day of the tour letting me know. The only up side to my review was I was able to get a full refund. When booking the Pantheon just keep in mind plans can change "very" last minute.
