I work as an interpreter for this company and I must admit that visiting Palenque has changed my life for the better! Palenque's culture is just so unique, it irradiates authenticity: there's always folkloric music playing, dancing performances; I get mesmerized every time I listen to the local folks speaking their native language, so much so that I aim to learn it; And the food!!! Exquisite is a small word to describe it.
In summary, it's a destination that you need to visit at least once in a lifetime!

Wonderful experience! So glad I booked! Gabriel was a wonderful translator and kept us engaged the entire trip! The musical performances were the best part! The people of the town are very friendly and the food was delicious! We all learned so much and were privileged to be allowed into the community.

We had an incredible time at the Palenque. We speak only a little Spanish, so they gave us a very nice and helpful translator. We started with him explaining a mural, which encompasses the main aspects of the region. We then heard from four other natives - a musician (we played instruments and got a souvenir too!) a museum keeping their ancestral knowledge (we helped crush maíz), we put on boxing gloves and learned a few moves and the history of palenquero boxers, and drinker herbal tea at the medicine man’s spot. We ended with incredible food and drinks. Water and an umbrella was provided. An unforgettable experience, a must do while in the area!

The tour was very good. My friends and I learned a lot of new information and enjoyed the different stops on the trip. The tour guides were very thoughtful and attentive. Also, the food on the trip was delicious. Everyone was friendly. Highly recommend
