The tour with Annette was amazing! She shared expert insight on the social/political context of the Medici lineage. Though we had done some research beforehand - still felt that we learned so much about this ruling family. It was a pleasure to meet her, and I heartily recommend her tour!

We had a wonderful tour of the Palazzo Vecchio with Annette! She wasn't rushed and made the entire tour a great experience, answered all our questions and is very, very knowledgeable of the history of Florence and the Medici family. It was a pleasure to have her as our tour guide, I would highly recommend this tour, it will enrich your visit to the Palazzo Vecchio!

What I liked the most - besides the obvious expectation of fabulous views - were the stories told by our guide Francesca. She made the whole visit a very rich, personal experience, where I learnt a lot about birth of Reneisance in Florence, lives of artists such as Donatello (her favourite one) and the not-so-obvious connections and influence of their work.

Excellent tour guide. Did a great job of covering the main rooms and artwork and kept the discussion interesting. Wa fully able to respond to all of our questions. Logistics was as described and no problem finding the meeting point / guide.

Our guide Ivan was humorous, informative and didn’t rush thru any of the exhibits. He patiently answered any questions we had. It was a small group on the tour with just 4 people which was great.
