What a fantastic experience we had at The Cooking Clubhouse in Madrid. Erik, a partner/owner of the business, was our head chef for the day. We learned the proper way to prepare paella and had so much fun doing it. After we prepared it we enjoyed fellowship and paella with others in the class making this an experience to remember. We look forward to getting our recipes and being able to recreate this experience at home with our friends.

We had an amazing time. The instructors were amazing, super knowledgeable and the whole experience was so much fun. It’s loud, cheerful and the wine never stopped. The food was great too. Such a cool experience. We made new friends from other parts of the word. Would repeat next time I come back to Madrid. Olé!

This was the BEST cooking class we have ever been to. We have done two in Italy that were superb,..as well as several others in different regions,......however this experience was by far the best! The chef literally thought of EVERY single detail to make the experience perfect and he succeeded. We had bottomless wine, delicious appetizers, fabulous desserts, and the Paella cooking class was priceless. We learned so much and his personality "as well as other co-workers" made it sooooo much fun! A must do if you're in Madrid!

We had an amazing time! Each group had an assigned dish so we ended up tasting 4 different paellas. It was a fun experience with music and lots of cava and meeting new people. The chefs roamed around the room and gave us directions throughout. What we loved is that we weren’t spending time chopping and cutting to prepare all the ingredients. They had everything prepared so we were just focused on the actual cooking and the technique. After cooking, we all gathered at a communal table in a beautiful room and had appetizers with wine, then shared all of the paellas cooked, topped off with a delicious dessert. It was a fantastic experience and one we highly recommend when visiting Madrid!
