We (5 of us) had a wonderful time with chef, Simon. First a trip to the local market to select fresh seafood. Back in the kitchen we chopped veggies and learned how to clean and prepare the seafood. Two of us chose to use chicken. So much fun with everyone helping out. Tapas and sangria were also supplied. Ten stars.

We had a wonderful experience with chef Simon. He was professional and welcoming from the start.
The location is easy to find.
We shopped for our paella ingredients at the local market and Simon was careful to explain how to select the correct seafood for the dish. I am vegetarian and there were two others in our group. We had the same fun experience!!!
We also made our own sangria!
Simon made the night fun and educational.
Would highly recommend this for your trip to Barcelona! Excellent experience.

A wonderful experience that must be done. We had a great time learning how to make paella with Chef Gabriel.
The trip to the market was great and experiencing what this environment was like was fab.
Making the paella was good fun. Chef Gabriel was very knowledgeable and ensured all of us had the opportunity to get involved.
The paella itself was delicious, I’ve never tasted such yummy paella before.
A brilliant experience that was one of the highlights of our visit to Barcelona.

Highly recommend for a fun night of food and Sangria! My fiancée and I had a great experience. Hugo was our chef. He made everyone feel welcome & gave great recommendations for the remainder of our trip. Our class included La Boqueria Market. I recommend planning another solo visit to the market as well, if you want to explore the entire market. It was great to learn how to pick the freshest shellfish. This paella was my personal favorite.
