The band was excellent. Lovely music, great singing and relaxed atmosphere.
Good was hot and fresh , average quality but edible. Tables laid out nicely with white table cloths and proper cutlery and glassware. All staff helpful and efficient and very friendly.

Unfortunately I was notified on the morning of our cruise that there was mechanical difficulties and our trip was canceled. A BIG.big Disappointment as this was the highlight of our visit.was offered next day but we’re leaving in the morning 🙁!!!! I still need to seek refund so we’ll see how that goes!!

We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and it was an amazing ride! The sunset was so beautiful and to see New Orleans light up as the sun went down was magical! They had drones giving us a show as we reentered the bock… really impressive display!! The jazz band announced our 20 year anniversary to everyone and we got a ton of claps… it was such a fantastic experience!!

The cruise started off well. Just after dinner service, my mom and I were sitting outside on the list deck when a gentleman jumped from upper deck into the water committing suicide. He fell from the upper deck into the water right in front of my mom and I. He swam with his head alive water for a few moments but he eventually went under and want recovered. It was troubling to see and resides with us. No fault of the creole queen staff but memorable nonetheless for all the wrong reasons.

The Buffett was delicious and the crew exhibited excellent customer service! The jazz band played melodic music that created an intimate experience for us.

From the moment we walked up, the crew laughed and joked with us. It made it more exciting to get on board. Ty and the other employees were very amazing. They were extremely helpful and the service was excellent. The food was good with options to suit anyone's taste. The band wasn't much my style but the conversation with the other folks on the boat was really cool.

We went with a group of about 20 couples.
The cruise was fun. We got on the boat about 6. It left the dock about 7 and returned about 9.
The dinner was not bad. Good actually for a boat ride.
The views are outstanding from the boat.
It was a fun evening of hanging out, music, and dinner while on a boat ride.
Bring a sweater depending on time of year. It got cool on the water the night we went.
