We booked the package with dinner in the desert, astronomy lecture, overnight stay in the desert and balloon tour at sunrise.
The whole experience was very well planned and arranged. The pickup from the hotel was well managed with several emails and confirmations. The food choices were given to us in advance and the pickup and drop-off were very convenient.
The food was amazing, maybe a little too much food, as we couldn't finish the desert after the astronomy hour at around midnight.
The astronomy lecture with "Eddy the astronomer" is very recommendable. Very entertainingly he showed us the most interesting and beautiful spots in the sky. This lecture will be different every night, as there are different constellations and things to see during the year. Which makes every experience unique.
The most amazing part of the tour by far was the Balloon ride at sunrise.
Very professional Captains Andrew and Vytas, incredible views and a little adventure, as you don't know exactly where you will land. ALthough expensive, it is worth the money!
Our guide Harish, who stayed with us during the whole experience took very well care of us, adding to the experience with a few anekdotes about the city and the country.
In all, very recommendable experience.

My son and I went on the amazing heritage sunrise balloon adventure, it was all ran superbly, from picking us up at the hotel to the balloon and back. Richard our captain was brilliant. The hospitality at the camp was amazing also being so up close to a peregrine falcon and the camel ride. The person that made it extra special was our host for the morning, Ronald! He was absolutely amazing full of enthusiasm and so informative about everything we asked him, a great sense of humour and a real gentleman. Thank you Platinum Heritage and Ronald for the memorable morning 😊

Everything was great except for one issue. We enjoyed our guide, and I wish the evening safari was longer (it wasn’t particularly exciting, but it was very relaxing!). The food at the camp, both for dinner and breakfast, was delicious and plentiful. My family had a great time. The only negative was another family who stayed overnight in the room next to us - they had little kids who did not stop talking or screaming all night, and I couldn’t sleep. Not Platinum Heritage’s fault, but just a negative. As I mentioned, everything else was fantastic, especially the balloon ride in the morning.

Nice experience, safari desert + falcon exhibition + overnight stay with dinner and show + Balloon. I think the balloon and safari was the nicest. Lionel and rudi our guides were very nice like all the staff

We loved the trip!!!!
It was all perfect. We were picked up at time, the car was luxe and clean. Our guide (Houston) was so nice. He knows a lot and told us a lot on our way to the camp. About Dubai, the things we came across on our way, nature and animals we saw during the Safari etc. He made our trip even better.
The camp and our room were very clean and everything was well organized. The food was fresh and tasted very well. There was more then enough for everybody. The staff was friendly and helpful.
In the morning we were picked up on time by Houston and again he was great. So friendly and helpful.
The ballooning was awesome. Again a friendly man (Orlando) who told is a lot during the flight. And give us a fabulous experience.
Afterwards we had breakfast. Again: very good and fresh food.
We are so glad that we had this experience and fully recommend Platinum Heritage and Dubai ballooning.
Also the falconry was great. We were tought a lot about the falcon. All animals (falcons and camels) were well taking care of. The looked healthy, well fed and groomed.
Thanks to all the staff for this wonderful experience.

Definitely worth every penny, we had the best time, All staff so Friendly 💓 Hot air balloon was fab, the view was breathtaking & a very smooth take off & landing, even managed to spot some gazelles in the wild in the dessert. The pilot had a great personality. Breakfast buffet was delicious & so relaxing to sit in a dessert so early in the morning

After booking and paying way in advance for this experience as return customers, we were disappointed that they asked us to reschedule or cancel our booking because of an event which hadn’t been planned when we did our booking. The reason given showed that we were not valued and incase you book with them remember, no booking is guaranteed because if there’s a bigger fish to fry then it seems they will take it as in our case. Very disappointing especially because we had had a good experience with them previously but turned out they are not keen on repeat customers.

Hot Air Balloon - one of the best experiences i ever had, captain Hossam is so professional and he really know how to make people happy during the flight,
we start our trip with a very well welcome by Mr.Ronald going to the balloon and we was amazed by the drone show,
from here we start our flight experience and its really unforgettable by Captain Houssem than we go for a safari tour in the classic Rang Rover model 1950 and its a really super experience, i was amazed by the camp style and hospitality by Mr. Sam, he welcomes us very well, and here i want to mention about Sam he really knows what the meaning of hospitality.
I just want to say everything was soooo perfect and well organized we enjoyed it and for sure will do it again.
Thank you so much Mr.Moh, Hamed as he the hero behind all this experience.
