Gusti and Rio took care of everything and went out of their way to accommodate last minute requests and to ensure we had a good experience. Gusti is a very experienced driver and we felt we were in good hands during the many hours on the road. The hike to the blue flames was a lot more crowded than we expected and did detract from the experience, but our local guide did ensure we got to see both the flames and the magnificent sunrise from the top of the crater. I'd happily recommend Rio Bali Tours to others.

This was an amazing experience but just a LONG day. Awake for about 24 hours by totally worth it. Driver and company were so professional and helpful when our cards wouldn’t work at places. 10/10 would recommend but maybe take the home stay option

This is my first ever International Solo trip to Bali. I was recommended Mr. Gusti by one of my friend who had used his services in her Bali trip and I thought to go for it for safer travel experience. So I had my own plan to visit some places and Gusti also wanted to give his suggestions which is valid to take it since he knows better than me. Continue to trip plan the very first day I have to visit Java for Ijen tracking to Volcano ? to see blue fire which is only in two place in the world ?️ one in Ijen Bali and second in Iceland. Fortunately I was lucky to see that personally. I felt super lucky to be guided by Mr. Salamat (senior guide) .

The tour was amazing. Spacicous car, very clean, and friendly driver that catered to our every needs. Would recommend without any hesitations ?. The home stay was very comfortable, and the food was good.

This is an amazing experience, our driver Heru was absolutely great, he took care of us from the beginning until the end of the trip, everything was very well organized and we didn't have to worry about anything, Heru also gave us very good advices during the trip. The volcano experience is very good, the views are just amazing, the local guide was also good. This was definitely one of the best experiences in our trip to Indonesia. Many thanks to Heru to make us enjoy this trip, we will never forget it.
