Very enjoyable and rewarding experience with top class guides (Lourenzo and Khairi). The best part is that this tour is in the Royal Reserve and focuses on nature and Emirati local culture. The driving through the reserve in vintage Land Rovers at a gentle pace and the wildlife spotting and photo opportunities were fun and rewarding. The evening entertainment and dinner were focused on Emirati culture and cuisine. The food served was really tasty and well prepared. Finishing off the evening grilling marshmallows around the camp fire made the day. The camp accommodation and facilities were clean and comfortable and the breakfast served in the morning was delicious. Watching the sunrise in the morning was a beautiful experience. Overall a really fun, relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Platinum Heritage Tours.

Excellent overnight stay in the desert. The highlights were the safari in an open 1950s Land Rover, sunrise with a cup of coffee on a sand dune and seeing falcons hunt. Loved the camp which was charming and great breakfast

Overnight Desert Safari by Platinum Heritage is the most amazing experience that you can possibly find in your life time. The whole journey is perfect for everyone no matter where you come from. They just arrange everything for you.
First hotel pick-up was punctual, and our guide Fahad really took care of all of us. He gave us introduction and recommend and was willing to answer all the questions. We saw Arabian oryx and gazelle in nature reserve by Vintage Land Rovers. It feels so good that all the wild animals are well protected by four countries.
Also we have falcon show together with amazing sunset. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The services is 100% next level.
After arriving at the camp, the party was just getting started. It was worth coming just for the dinner lol. I can't give away too much, so I'm looking forward to you exploring it for yourselves!
We are very grateful to our tour guide Fahad who genuinely looks out for every tourist. He made this journey more incredible. Also his colleague Ravi is talented too, helping us with creative pictures. We are looking forward to seeing you again soon, next time we will try other heroes adventure.

This tour was recommended to us by our resort Atlantis, The Palm and for good reason! We will truly never forget this experience. The desert tour was absolutely beautiful and we were lucky to have an AMAZING guide with us, Nizar!!!! Nizar picked us up from our resort and toured us around the lands giving us amazing information and making sure we stopped for photos/to take the experience in. We opted to do the platinum package with an overnight stay followed by a sunrise hot air balloon ride. We cannot recommend this company enough. Everything was beautiful, safe, the food was amazing and the staff are highly skilled. If you are coming to Dubai, book this tour and ask for Nizar you will be so happy with the experience!!! Thank you again!

It’s such a great experience. Runel is so nice and introduced us a lot of interesting facts about the desert. It’s way more comfortable than what I thought. You can even take a warm shower. Will definitely come back again but next time with someone else and try the balloon.

Very nice performance. Not disappointed with the approach to more environmentally friendly tourism. We appreciated the warm welcome from our guide Rashid and his discretion and that of the photographers to also be able to experience moments without permanent requests. Neat layout of the camp, decoration present to give the atmosphere but without artifice. The evening is enlivened by small shows. Food in abundance. The camel ride is really very pleasant and long enough to enjoy the reserve and its beauty. It's our best memory!

Dining in the cabins is really a really cool experience and full of interesting attractions.
Super attentive guides, speak several languages, mine was a Brazilian, Cesar, super attentive. Top program!!!!
The only problem was the heat, which was really intense at this time of my trip.

This was a great experience overall, and I would highly recommend this company. All of the activities were great and our group and my 3-year-old very much enjoyed the entire experience. Our one complaint was that the stone house we stayed in was very hot and stuffy! We were told that it would be cold in April, but it was very warm, we did not even need a jacket or sweater. I would recommend that they would offer a fan. Many of the guests slept outside because it was very hard to sleep inside. We did the overnight in April and the stone house was way too hot to sleep in. Other than that, it was a great experience.
