This is a lovely experience, loved every minute. We had a tour guide with us as we booked the tour with TUI.

Make sure you wear comfy walking shoes, you have water with you and get ready for plenty of stairs. It is 600 steps down and 600 steps back up.

My friend and I very much appreciated the boat ride when getting to the bottom as it was 36 degrees that day and very humid. The spray of the waterfall felt amazing. The people were so friendly. We had a lovely fresh fruit juice at the bottom which was yummy and needed for hydration. There are market stalls as you make your way down and up. There was a little shop half way down where I bought a 500ml Diet Coke for only 10 dirham, which is less than £1 cheaper than UK.

If you have mobility problems I would not recommend this tour. It is very steep, hard work making your way up. There were men offering donkeys to take people back up and I have Rheumatoid Arthritis but no way I was getting on a donkey bless it to carry me (the following day I was in a lot of pain and struggling to walk) My friend very much struggled with her breathing coming back up.

Was so nice seeing the monkeys in the wild rather than on leads and chains in the souks. You can buy food to feed them which is peanuts, though we were advised not to as they can bite.

As it was booked with TUI at our hotel, we had lunch there with an amazing view of the waterfall from up top. The food was amazing, very tasty.

Booked the trip not realising it was a 3 hour journey but not a problem, we were in a group with 5 Portuguese, our tour guide clearly liked one of the girls hardly spoke to us and followed her around, we did extra walks so she could go swimming stopped every 2 mins for them to take selfies and then stopped for lunch only for our tour guide to leave with the Portuguese and leave us in the restaurant without a clue how to get to the top or where or what time to catch our bus! Left me in tears and complete waste of day! The waterfalls are beautiful but a long hot day with lots and lots of walking approx 700 steps back to top

The sights of the waterfalls were amazing and the tour guide was very considerate considering my friend had a walking stick
The only downside was the food we had as the chicken was undercooked and the toilets were dirty

We had an amazing day! What a great break from the hustle bustle of the city. The falls and geology are impressive - and the ROI for the waterfall views to hike effort are off the charts! The monkeys are almost like teenagers posing for pictures. Our guide, Mouhsine, was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended!

Beautiful day at Ousoud waterfalls.
Driven by Omar, experienced driver.
Mohamed, our guide from Marrakech, welcomed us kindly and explained throughout the journey what we were going through with good humor and kindness.
On the site, it was Habib who introduced us to this incredible place.

Was a roughly 3 hour journey from Marrakech to Ouzoud falls, so waking up at 8am, you're able to catch some sleep before you arrive.

Marwan was our guide and he was very welcoming and energetic, able to guide for our group which had 3 different languages (French, Spanish and english), and he effortlessly guided and switched between languages.

He took great care of us, was overall a great experience!

Definitely worth the 6 hour round-trip journey from Marrakech, there is also a rest stop halfway through for toilets, food, snacks, water etc.

Only reason I wouldn't put 5 stars is that we didn't get much time to shop for souvenirs, was always on the move to the next area.

Hachimi was a great guide during the visit to this beautiful corner of Morocco, especially since he himself was from the area. His explanations, in English and French, were clear and relevant. Thanks to him for this visit again!

Small negative point: the group was far too large (37), which is uncomfortable for both the guide and the visitors. Too bad about this point!

Very nice tour, great guide, well organised.
My only negative feedback is the lack of consideration for vegetarians. We got taken to a restaurant where meat eaters have a choice, vegetarian don't. It is vegetarian tajine or vegetarian tajine. After booking other trips on viator where again vegetarian tajine is the only option, I got bored and asked for a salad. I got given a saucer with 5 olives , another saucer (not even a plate) and a dip. That was my lunch. You can't ask for anything else. There is no flexibility . It was the same menu on every viator trip. Reallyflel shame. There wasn't any offer for me to stop a buy a sandwich or anything else. I was starving by the time I got back.

Breath taking views, beautiful weather. Not for the faint hearted as physically tiring.
The bus trip is long which made us debate going. Although we didn’t enjoy the travelling we do still like it was worth it to see the views. Doesn’t look like much from the top but once you get to the bottom just beautiful,

Boats not very well organised and very busy. The restaurant was disappointing. Kebab and chips not worth eating.

Met some lovely people and enjoyed it overall. The driver and tour guide were both great.
