Experience a ride on the Orlando StarFlyer, the “world’s tallest swing ride” standing at 450 feet tall. Moving up and down and rotating around the giant tower at speeds of up to 45mph, no other attraction combines safety and thrills like the Starflyer.
The Orlando Starflyer concept began in 2012 when Funtime had a mobile Starflyer located next to the London Eye during the London Olympics. It was obvious during this time there was a great synergy between the two attractions.
In 2015 when the Orlando Eye was being developed the Funtime Group approached the developer Unicorp and proposed that they build the world’s tallest swing ride, the 450’ Starflyer next to the Eye. Working together for the next 2 ½ years Funtime and Unicorp have brought you Orlando’s 2 tallest attractions, together on International Drive.

Oh my goodness such fun. Sat across the street at Twin Peaks and watched the excitement throughout the day. That's when we decided we had to do it. It's a must do and at night to see it bright with lights is truly beautiful.

The star flyer experience. What can I say! It was exhilarating, scary as the ride goes up and swings pretty fast. Not for the faint hearted !

It was my first time in Orlando, and I went to the Star Flyer Orlando during the holidays. I went to the cashier to purchase my ticket and asked her if she had any coupons for the ride. She was rude and said I have to find it myself. As I was asking this, another customer at the cashier right next to me asked the exact same question for her family. She was directed on where to obtain the coupons, as I was told to find it myself.
In my opinion of the experience, I felt belittled and directly discriminated upon. It ultimately ended, even with the involvement of management, in me not being allowed on the ride, much less get a discount.
Staff and management customer service is very poor, and it looks like from the last years of reviews they did not correct past customer service issues.

It was a Sunday around midday. No queues, we went straight on. It's a quick ride, but not expensive, so would recommend. A great view and a lot of fun.

Saw this when we arrived and tried it out, good value and also had a coupon for a discount. Was quiet and staff were helpful, it's really cool and scary in a good way when you are up there. You have to put phones etc in a complimentary locker but glasses can be worn, I would advise to wear sunglasses as it's quite windy up there.

We needed something to take us out of our comfort zone. This ride did it for me! The adrenaline rush. Ability to ride with my husband was great! Our 2nd Anniversary adventure together.

A little scary for me but my daughter absolutely loved it. Would definitely return and just let her do it again. It was a fun memory of dad screaming helped us bond.

It is was a lot of fun! It goes very high and it has the right amount of thrill to it, but not like a roller coaster which was good.
