I took so many pictures! Our guide, Ismael, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He talked about the histories of the areas we visited and made sure we all had a great experience.

There were ten of us on the thirteen passenger bus. Small enough to feel like a personal tour just for my wife and I. I was very pleased when I found out that the tour included picking us up at the resort I was staying. No fuss with having to schedule additional transportation. Greg did an excellent job of continually telling us details as he drove us through areas of Winter Park and Orlando. The boat ride in Winter Park was a highlight. Many Thank Yous!

Loved the boat ride and Winter Park. Our guide was very informative and humorous. Going to the temporary memorial at Pulse was very impactful emotionally; so glad we had that opportunity. The stop at Disney Springs was just long enough. Great tour that really covered everything!

We were picked up 40 minutes late. No explanation or apology was given, evidentially the driver waited for a couple that were late at an earlier stop. Boat tour portion was highlight-different guide/company. Tour had very little info about the area, too much personal information shared by the guide and magic tricks /jokes by the guide. While some guests enjoyed the magic and jokes there was too much personal information shared by the guide ( health issues, girlfriend, roommate, magic show performances, instagram, future move to care for parents, etc) Should have been done by 4pm but we were the last drop off and arrived to our hotel at 5:30. Office did not return calls or text messages-not professional business/tour.
