Great service! He made it easy for us to find him. Was cheerful, supportive, professional and welcoming for all of us. Transport was very comfy, water was welcome after a long flight. Can’t think of any criticism or feedback for our driver or the overall process. This booking was easy to make, email and text communications were very helpful. I appreciated the call I received to clarify details after booking was made. Set my mind at ease that we’d be well cared for. And we were!

It made a long travel day easier. Jorge met us at baggage claim and escorted us to the car. The Lincoln MKT was nice and comfortable.

Pedro our driver was awesome. He even let us make a quick stop for coffee. Kind and accommodating he made it a pleasant experience. The van was very nice and clean. Very happy with my experience.

Driver didn’t help with bags, he didn’t open the door and he didn’t map a route until we were in the vehicle and driving. He still had trouble accessing so my husband took his phone out and started giving directions. Lastly, I told him the terminal number but he still went to a different one and had to turn around and go back

Hugo was an excellent driver and host. Hugo was on time, great attitude, and plenty of smiles. Hugo also communicated when needed and I had no problem finding him at my busy hotel.

Our driver, Orlando Rodriguez, was absolutely awesome. Such a gentleman. Safe driver and courteous. It was nice to talk about family and life. We will be requesting him when we disembark from Port Canaveral on Saturday.
