The experience was transportation from our hotel in Orlando to our cruise ship in Port Caneveral for 12 family members. The company was excellent. The driver was on time, helpful, pleasant, and a very good driver. The van was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone and our luggage.

Our driver, Jorge, was the friendliest driver. We were picked up promptly in a Mercedes Van and taken to our hotel. This was 5 star service!

Our original assigned vehicle was reassigned to another customer and the replacement vehicle arrived to pick us up 26 minutes later than our scheduled pick up time. Upon leaving the hotel, the replacement vehicle had a mechanical issue. Rather than returning to our hotel to wait for another replacement, the driver took us to the airport encountering bad holiday traffic. The second replacement vehicle finally showed up and we left 57 minutes late overall, causing us to miss our check in window. On the positive side, the replacement driver was extremely nice and apologetic.

I would have given a five star rating because the driver who took us to the port was great!! Only issue was the pick up point. It was not clear, and no one could seem to tell me where I need to be, but overall a great experience. Again the driver was outstanding.
