From the beginning with the booking everything was wonderful. Vlad was very responsive and had no problems with us changing the itinerary for the tour. Our driver Michele was great and accommodating, and very good conversation. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting. We were only in Romania for one day and this private tour covered what we wanted to see and experience.

We picked this private tour as we wanted to be able to tailor the day to accommodate other plans we had that evening. Our driver Roxana was amazing, I am usually a nervous passenger and she really put us at ease. Her English was perfect and we really enjoyed our day with her seeing the sights of Brasov and beyond.

Alexandru was an amazing tour guide! Not only did he drive us to all the castles and Brasov city, but he was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We also appreciate that the tour operator could accommodate us on such a short notice booking request. It was overall a great experience!

Used them for airport transfers as well, Will defiantly use them again and will also recommend them.
Vlad was a great host gave us the best advices for daily city activities. We contacted him for any thing we wanted to know in the city and he would gladly help.

This company was recommended to me by a friend that had used them for an airport transfer. I'm really glad I did. There were 4 adults in my group so we went for the Mercedes Vito Van, I'm glad we did as it was very roomy and allowed us all to have a window seat.
We used this company for our airport transfers also. The communication was excellent. My phone data wasn't working when I arrived but the company voice called me to keep me informed.
The day trip to the castles was a very full day. Our driver (Edward) was lovely, he was informative without being over-chatty. He allowed us to make additional stops whenever we wanted and this definitely added to the experience.
The castles themselves were amazing. Pele castle was stunning. Bran castle was much older and less ornate but still amazing in it's own right.
You will not be disappointed with this tour!

We traveled as a family of 6 (5 adults, 1 infant). They took a good care of us during the tour from Bucharest to Peles castle and Bran Castle until drop us at the Brasov hotel. I recommend this company to anyone who are deciding about the tour in Romania.

We were a group of 4 people who hired their services. Everything was as promised and above. Clean well maintained cars, English speaking knowledgeable drivers and flexibility with high customer satisfaction in mind. We also used their services for airport transfers. Drivers arrived every time well before the scheduled time in order not to be late because of traffic. Vlad was monitoring the service all the time from the office which gave us a good feeling of security. The driver/guide helped us to better plan the day and he assisted us where needed (the entrance to Peles Castle is not well organized he was there with us until we got in). We will definitely use their services if we travel to Romania again and recommend it to our friends.

we were a group of 14 persons who decided to do a private tour to Peles and Dracula Castles on our off day during Business meetings in Bucharest. So we arrange a private tour on a short notice. Vlad was our point of contact, who arrange the bus, driver and also a guide. Everything was smoothly, perfect and professional organized. We had a great day. We are group of 4 people, used this company for round trip transfer from / to airport and for one day tour to castles and Brasov. I can say confidently that it is the best transport service in Bucharest with reasonable / flexible prices. Especially would like to mention hospitality and cooperation of Ovidio and Vlad.
