Damien was so nice. He even gave us a little tour on the way to our hotel. We felt very safe and comfortable.

Booking was easy, no issues. Communications with company was good as well. Finding our driver upon arrival went well. A little disappointed we ended up sharing our “ private transfer” with another couple as the other couple made a mistake with their booking, they went to the same resort. The company did get on the phone with us & ask if it was ok if the other couple could travel with us to the resort. How could we say no the other couple was already loaded in the vehicle bags & all. Therefore the company made 1 trip to the resort but capitalized on double payment from 2 couples. Perhaps a refund on our transportation should have been at least offered. The drives to & from the airport were both friendly & punctual.

Kevin, the driver, that took us from the airport to Ocean Eden Bay gave us a little bit of local color and history along the ride. He was great! Our driver Damian(?) took us back to the airport and was early, polite and awesome too.

Our driver was great! We got to stop and take in the beautiful scenery with some family photos. We even stopped for some coconut, upon request, and enjoyed our sights.

The ride was smooth, Terrick did an amazing job and made us feel like we were at home. He asked us if we wanted to stop and get food or souvenirs prior to us getting to our resort and he took us to a local restaurant called Father Bull, which was amazing, and a souvenir shop. He always made sure we were ok and comfortable and had really great energy. Thank you Terrick!

The property is nice but the service is TERRIBLE!
The check in process took over 40 mins and we got the upgraded "privilege" service and it took longer than the regular check in.
The closet door and the bathroom door wasn't working properly. They came and "fix" it after a day but they both went back to the original condition again.
We stayed 5 days and our butler didn't contact us until the night before our departure and insisted we meet them prior to our departure the next day. Needless to say we declined. He just wanted to check the box!
Had a reservation at the hibachi style restaurant and they didn't seat us for another 30mins. And they were out of beer, wine, miso soup and stake. Our reservation was at 8:30. It was a joke.
If you're reading this, do not waste your PTO nor your $$$$ going to this place. There are too many other places we can go.

Had a great chat with the driver. Very friendly. Great service. Just ensure you know where to get picked up at the airport well in advance. That was the first complexity.
