I recommend this activity, the host was very friendly and pleasant.
The walk is worth it, around 4 hours but you can return earlier.

Although it is a nice experience and one of the reasons we visited flam, they do not have an option for less than 4 hours renting and this makes it extremely expensive (about €140) and most of the people never actually paddlemore than one or 1,5hours (maybe maximum 2) because after this time it really gets tiring. So better find go somewhere that you can rent for 1 or 2 hours and the price will be more logical.
