Did not see the lights cause of snow but the experience was great. Would do it again if given the chance again and would recommend the trip to anyone

My first time seeing the Northern Lights!
Brittney was a great driver and made our group feel at home in the cosy lodge.
The skies were clear but by midnight we had not seen any aurora, however we stuck around inside the warm viewing window until I could start to see some activity around 1am so ventured outside and managed to get some great pictures on my iPhone on night mode with tripod.

We were picked up at 9:45 pm from our hotel and driven to the location, not far from town! Cute yurts welcomed us…they were warm and cozy with cookies, beverages, and seating!
Our group shared a yurt with another group, but plenty of room! The forecast for the evening was “cloudy” but we were able to see the lights! Both guides were helpful in spotting the lights and helping guests! Fun evening!

With Ryan as our guide, we traveled to the viewing lodge/yurt. He entertained us with stories during the drive to the yurt. Once there, he brought up three different mushing dogs for us to pet. We settled in for an evening of cookies, hot chocolate, and the best display of Northern Lights during our trip. At one point, the entire sky was filled with the beautiful Aurora Borealis.

Ryan was wonderful. Knowledgeable and pleasant. Meeting his sled dogs was a big bonus for our viewing experience. Great way to check off and of my bucket list places to see and things to do.

Ryan was a great host telling about life here sharing facts about the yerts his dogs and living off the grid.
Also kept everyone safe and warm when the heater stopped for a few minutes.

Truly amazing! Loved the experience! The Yurk was warm and comfortable. We could see some dog sleds. Joe built a fire outside so we could keep warm outside as well as inside. Joe was amazing!

Great having warm room I between lights arrival, could even watch the lights from inside. All other companies canceled due to cold

Joe was a great guide. We enjoyed the yurt and exclusive location. We were thrilled to see the lights start about midnight. We were very comfortable in the warm yurt with hot beverages and viewing windows. Joe kept us entertained until the lights began. All in all it was a thrilling adventure.
