We did the Dessert Tour with an amazing tour guide. However, our 2nd trip to the North of Qatar was disappointing
1. The tour should have been longer than 4 hr because the places are far from each other
2. Jumail Village was a waste of time. Zubara fort and Purple Island is a wonderful place to explore
3. Choose your tourist guide that have higher rating. Fun and professional guide does make a difference

A great trip to see the Zubara Fort in the North of Qatar. Nasser is a great driver for the trip. The mangrove area in the middle of the area was also very interesting. It is about one hour drive from Doha to the Fort so please take into account when planning this trip

This was a great half day trip to get out of Doha. Noor, our guide was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. His English was good, and he had a keen sense of humour. If you want to see more of Qatar, I highly recommend this interesting tour. Thanks, Noor, for an enjoyable trip.

I was spending a day in Qatar and chose to spend it doing a North and West of Qatar tour.
The price was reasonable compared to the other providers.
Junaid is a great guide. He was knowledgeable and engaging.
Zubara fort and the archeological site was the highlight of the day. I would definitely recommend this tour.

I highly recommend this very interesting and educative tour in the North. We do not know qatar if we do not go in this beautiful area which is a testimony of the past. Our guide (Bilal) was very knowledgeable and gave us a good overview of Doha sites too. When booking try to avoid Friday morning tour as some of the places are closed till afternoon. We were unable to visit the village because of this. Plus it is still pretty hot in mid September which is when we visited.

Fish market very interesting. Mangroves likewise. Very hot but excellent vehicle and driver. Cold water supplied.
No coffee or tea stated on voucher.
