I can't say thank-you enough for all you did arranging our guided tour to
the Normandy beaches. I called only a few days before we wanted to go for a
party of six. You stayed in touch with me and arranged a date even though we booked late.

When we arrived in Caen, Oliver was waiting for us, and the day proved to
be spectacular. He was a great guide.

Thank you so much for helping us put together a terrific holiday. Our
memories of Europe would not have been complete without the trip you put
together for us.

Lucas was an amazing guide. His ability to give the day a personal touch on both his side and ours was so important. His passion for the information and events portrayed in the tour was quite evident. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! A thoroughly experience of a lifetime! Thank you Lucas - you were amazing! Kathy and Barry

Our guide, Julie was wonderful! She spoke excellent English so we had no trouble understanding her. She has a fun and energetic personality. She really knows her stuff! My husband is a WWII buff but he learned a lot that isn't well known in the U.S. Our tour capped off with the flag ceremony at the American Cemetery where they played taps. That was very moving! Anyone who takes this tour will not be disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE! We tried to book a tour with Link Paris and was sadly disappointed. The information on the website is NOT clear as to the times and transport availability, we reached out to get clarification and to no avail. We left the call with more questions than answers. Do your research and look for another travel agency that is interested in assisting you with your travel, Link Paris is NOT it.

It surpassed what we expected! The train ride made it fun, though early. We had a Parisian picnic of bread, cheese and ham on the way up. Julie, our guide was the crowning jewel! The details and color commentary she provided made it special.

I highly recommend this tour. I was concerned about not having enough time at certain spots but the time spent was just enough. I loved being able to see a lot of places. Pointe du hoc was very memorable as well and amazing to see the scars still on the land and everything left as it was.
Our tour guide was Alex and he was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I learned so much with him! He also got us to the American Cemetery in time for taps and the lowering of the flag. It was extremely moving and an experience I’ll never forget.
Getting on the train was very easy and Alex was ready and waiting for us at the station. Everything went smoothly! An incredible day and experience!

Despite terrible weather, the sights we saw were beautiful and moving. James, our tour guide, was considerate, patient and a good driver. For the price, I expected a much more informative tour experience. Other tour guides stayed with their groups and explained the monuments in detail, this tour provided 10 minutes or so of information and then let you explore on your own. We were often asked if we had questions but when you are on a tour to learn about history you may not know what your questions are if you aren’t provided enough information/discussion. There is a lot of time in the van between sites and the van was clean and new, with good umbrellas available. However, again, very little information provided while driving between locations. The place that the tour chose for lunch was extremely touristy (located at one of the stops) and the food was pretty terrible. If I were to do it again, I would look for a tour that provided more information, a less touristy lunch spot, and was more engaging.

Great experience! Nice small group of just 8 people so it was easy to gather around the guide to hear the history and see all the really informative maps and photos of the locations. We had ample time at each location, would have been nice to spend an extra 15 minutes at Utah Beach since we were so early for our return train back to Paris. Round trip from Paris is 16 hours so it’s truly a full day but well worth the journey. We downloaded and watched “Saving Private Ryan” movie on the way back to Paris, very fitting and had a different perspective and further appreciation for the sacrifices the Allies made on D Day after spending the day in Normandy and learning so much more about the events that day. 5 Stars !!

Laura handled the sign up and everything went smoothly. Good communication. We even had to change our plan and she made it seamless. Thomas was our guide on the day of the tour. He was phenomenal. He knew so much about World War II and the battles that took place. We visited all the beaches and cliffs and bunkers. We also visited the museum. And we got into an actual German bunker. The cemetery where 2500 American soldiers are buried, was extremely moving. Great tour with this group.

Ive wanted to visit the D Day sites since I was a kid 50 years ago. I finally did it yesterday which was one of the most memorable days of my life. Eric is amazing with his knowledge of the history of the people and events that took place.
