Zoltan was a great guide! The tour to Normandie was managed very well as far as timing, breaks, things we did and saw. Guide was knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with asking questions. The tour showed and covered all that we wanted to see. Plenty of opportunity for bathroom and coffee breaks and had lunch a a nice spot. Comfortable coach. This was a great tour experience!

Our guide was wonderful, very knowledgeable and he and the driver seemed very interested in providing a memorable experience. We spent the most time at the American cemetery where the guide walked us through providing important antidotes when appropriate. I thought the tour was very well done and would definitely recommend.

The trip delivered what it was supposed to do: transport you to and from Omaha Beach and American cemetery from Paris. It's a long drive and in hindsight I should have rented a car and stayed the weekend in Normandy. The schedule was so regimented that you were only given 1hr at the cemetary, which is vast about 9 hectares, AND the memorial center with exhibits. We were advised that we didn't have enough time to do both so "take pictures of exhibits and read them later." This for me, as a serious history buff and amateur researcher, is unacceptable. The result is that the tour narrator talks endlessly on the bus (when most people are like zombies trying to sleep because you had to be at pickup point by 0630), giving analysis and her commentary, yet I am not even sure of her academic background. Was she actually a PhD or researcher of DDay or was she just a tour operator's narrator reading from a script? This bothered me. Most of this tour was sitting in a bus over 12 hrs being read from a script. For my purposes, it was a complete waste of money and my final day in Paris as I really learned nothing. There were also a group of busmates who were disrespectful to the memory of the fallen. It shames me to have witnessed fellow Americans posing with their arm around the statue of the Bradford Boys memorial statue of the soldier dragging a fallen commarade at Omaha , flashing the two finger salute behind his head and taking selfies. They stepped on and over mourners dedicated command coins, purple hearts, rocks, etc for inappropriate, shameful selfies. One American was blowing fart jokes on the cemetery grounds where "silence and respect" are requested. Another climbed abd scaled Wings of the Angel memorial at the beach for her narcissistic selfie needs. These fellow Americans' behavior was so outrageous I wouldn't put it past them to take selfies at Auschwitz for their social media feeds. Disgusting.

Very knowledgeable guide. We knew we would want to spend more time at each location, however coming from Paris and visiting several sites in one day, I feel like our family of 3 made the most of the experience and enjoyed the day. Thankful to visit so many locations in a short amount of time.

It was raining and no one was at the meeting point 30 minutes early so we stepped inside. They were already gone at 7 when we came back out. $400 plus taxi fares both ways for nothing!
