The sites were amazing but having a knowledgeable tour guide like Star made our experience perfect. His expertise was evident as he shared fascinating information and answered all of our questions. Star also provided valuable recommendations on additional things to see, like Tutenkamun's tomb, which truly enhanced our experience. We had a wonderful time thanks to Star's guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch tour guide.

We just finished our 3-night cruise and were really happy with our experience! Already before arriving, Mona Rahim (our Viator supplier) and Mohammed Shakour (our guide) supported us to have an easy arrival and checked-in with us every day during the cruise by contacting us.
We experienced a smooth trip from the pick-up to the check-in and the check-out.
The cruise was clean and the crew attentive, charming and helpful.
Usually, from the sun deck we experienced wonderful sunsets and we were so lucky to see the full moon rise over the Nile.
Regarding the food, beforehand we had low expectations, mainly about vegetarian dishes. But it turned out that the food was variable and tasty, ranging from vegetarian options to freshly cooked meat and fish, and to some egyptian specialties.
Special thank you to our guide, Mohammed Shakour, who made our experience unique! His explanations about the temples and the history of the ancient civilization of Egypt (religion, culture, architecture, politics, etc) were delightful and connected in a way that over the days we could apply our knowledge to the new visited temples. Apart from that, he was open to all types of questions and gave insights into the contemporary Egyptian culture. He is very available by phone, or in person if you are very lucky as us to have him on the same boat.
For our first time in the Egyptian culture (different from ours, German and Colombian), he was open to explain us how to behave properly with the people and showing them respect by tipping them fairly, for example.
All in all we are very grateful for this rich and unique experience.

Just finished our tour in Aswan and has a great time.
Our private tour guide, Owf, was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and made sure the tour was tailored to what we wanted to do. He made sure we were fully aware of what was happening, what was prepaid etc and would pivot if we fancied doing something a bit different. On top of that, he was a really good guy and made it a very comfortable and fun experience.
Everything was arranged exactly as described by the tour company and the boat was fine. We spent long afternoons chilling on the deck beside the pool reading which was lovely. Only downsides of the boat was a lack of variety of vegetarian options for a couple of meals and the bathroom need a clean and possible refurbish.
One thing to be aware of - at the ports, there are large groups of locals trying to get you to buy stuff, take their taxi etc. This is outside the control of the tour company but can be quite intimidating, particularly in Luxor, so be prepared!
Overall a great experience and would recommend this tour!

We had been enjoying the Nile Cruise very much. The staff in the Cruise were lovely and friendly. The tour were well arranged and we enjoyed Sun rise and Sun set in the up deck of the cruise. Some local tour guides were excellent. We had notice that there are very different levels among tour guides. It all depends on the luck of the draw.

These three days have been amazing! We started our trip with the visit of Luxor (temple of Karnak, temple of Hatshepsut and the Valley of the kings). Then we started our cruise and the view was amazing and extremely relaxing. The second day we did a stop in edfu and then in Kom Ombo, to visit the two temples there. In the evening we finally arrived in Aswan. The third day we did a beautiful tour of Aswan High Dam and the Philae Temple.
Everything was amazing especially thanks to our wonderful guide Hamdy who guided us during these three days, explaining us everything and answering to our several questions!
We absolutely recommend a trip with this company :)

A wonderful experience. Looking back on it, we can't believe how much we were able to see and experience in these four days. Our guide, Ahmed, was personable and knowledgeable with lots of experience. Highly recommended!

This company took good care of us and made everything smooth and easy. Our guide, Mohamed, was friendly and made it fun; his recommendations for extras, like paying up to see the tomb of Ramses VI in the Valley of Kings, were clutch, and I even got into the drama and storylines of Egyptian mythology, something I knew nothing about previously. We really appreciated that Mohamed briefed us on proper backsheesh before we went into experiences. The other people in our group were friendly and fun as well. The boat was nice enough, the food was good enough, and I'd give the experience on the whole 5 stars.

The cruise we were meant to be on happened to be overbooked and there was no room for us. A different cruise was arranged but was quite far from Luxor centre so we didn’t get the chance to explore the markets in the evening. It felt like we were a bit of an afterthought on this second cruise as everyone else was on a separate tour group/itinerary. However the manager was really apologetic and offered us a lovely lunch. Ghada, our guide, was lovely, helpful and informative. I would say that the whole experience is definitely good value for money considering that all the transfers and all meals were included (our cruise had breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner -drinks excluded). I really liked the fact that the guide always left us some extra time to roam around the sites and take pictures.
