Uncle Moe was great! He was fun to chat with and joke around with! The bear and wine at the end was a greatvway to end the tour!

Cave if the Winds was my favorite. We were literally like 10 ft from Bridal Veil Falls. The Maid of the Mist didn't disappoint either. You don't realize how powerful the falls are until you're right down by them.

Great experience. The directions to meet the tour guide were not clear. We were at the entrance and told we had to walk up to the top of the hill, only to meet the guide and walk all the way back to the entranc

Jimmy was a very fun tour guide!
The boat ride was an amazing and unforgettable experience!
The only issue we had was the meet-up point that Maps took us (and another family) to was off by a block and, not knowing the area, we had a hard time figuring out exactly where we were supposed to be. We called Jimmy and eventually got it figured out, but don’t necessarily trust your Map with an address, find out what business they are parked near and use that as a point of reference.

Serena was fantastic! We definitely feel like we got the full experience and learned some things. She was knowledgeable and effortless with her guiding. This was perfect.
