• 1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. A guardian traveling with children must provide proof of custody or notarized parental authorization for travel. An adult accompanying a child who is neither a parent nor guard- ian of the child should have written permission from a parent or guardian to accompany the child across the border, including the name and contact information of the parent or guardian.
• 2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid documents (passport, visa etc.), valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
• 3. Various hotels may have different deposit policy passengers need to comply with. No specific bed type or the position of the tour can be guaranteed at each hotel. Usually 2-4 people can stay in each room maximally. Hotel check-in time starts at 15:00.
• 4. Any guests that have already purchased their own tickets or have a city PASS will not be able to use it on the tour. Please understand that you must purchase the admission tickets through our company in order to participate. For the optional admission tickets, you will reserve it from the tour guide directly. The tour guide will make this arrangement for you. As a tour group, it is highly suggested to make a reservation together rather than individually in order to get into an attraction. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you again for choosing to tour with us!
• 5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
• 6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
• 7. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
• 8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
• 9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
• 10. Guests are required to bring their own relevant documents and materials required for entry or cross-border travel. Whether they can enter or leave the country is subject to the decision of the customs of each country. The inability to enter the country is a force majeure factor, and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.
• 11. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on the website. It is your responsibility to check it on the website regularly and prior to making a reservation.Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory,indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
• 12. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
• 13. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with the law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
• 14. Luggage is subject to inspection when crossing international borders. You will be asked to declare any items subject to duty upon crossing the border. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday are not responsible for any luggage crossing international borders. Passengers must claim all luggage at the border crossing point before proceeding. No luggage is allowed across the border unless claimed by a passenger. Daniel is a good, kind and knowlegeable tour guide. In general, We are pleased with the trip.
The places, the restaurants are pretty good except the Chinese restaurant in New york ( on the way to Niagara Falls. ) . pls give us expected amount for food and entrance fee in the future.

Throughout this 3 day trip [that is about to conclude as of now], I’d like to say this is a good choice for you especially if you don’t know your way around Canada and haven’t been there before or want people that are willing to be patient for you.
The trip consists of what are more akin to little events that happen throughout the day to make sure you’re able to the maximum amount of time and experience for what you’re expecting and paid for. It can be tiring for someone who’s not used to going out much but I can attest to that by saying that on my trip; it was primarily consisting of people in the higher age range.
I was rather surprised by the amount of older people but it also made the entire experience more homely because it didn’t just feel like stuffy tourists shoving people around but instead people who are here to actually enjoy their time. I met a few couples there that were very helpful and made nice talks with [which my Grandmother happily got along with as well].
I boat rides were probably my favorite as I enjoy a good view: the one close to Niagara [my favorite] was very wet! But totally worth the view, same can be said for the Skylon tower which was a nice lunch experience [that rotates 360] of Niagara from above.
If you worry about language it’s not that big of an issue either. The guide speaks in both Mandarin Chinese and English and spoke both throughout the entire journey which was helpful as I’m more proficient in English than my Mandarin.
My guide, Daniel, was very helpful and made sure no one was left behind as we went from location to location and helped distribute/manage all the tickets, restaurant bookings, and hotel bookings that all everyone really needed to do was just follow him and enjoy their time before moving on to the next location.
The bus driver, whose name I sadly don’t know, was very kind with helping out the luggage when late at night for the hotel, everyone was tired. I’m surprised he’s even able to drive so well for so long as I’ve fallen asleep throughout them so easily yet he hasn’t gotten a wink of rest in those times.
If you ask me if I’d come again, I’d say yes. A friendly environment that’s especially helpful if you’re just starting out and want a well planned trip without having to worry about anything other than paying money. I’d especially recommend if you’re Chinese that speaks Mandarin and don’t feel comfortable crossing the border and entering an environment you’re not comfortable with speaking English in—this is probably perfect for you.

Went to Niagara and Canada with my families before schools start. It's my first time to join bus tour and also the first time to visit Niagra Falls. I really enjoy it. Nice place, nice itineray, nice guide Boris. Jupiter legend is a reliable company. I am planning to join their cruise tour next year.

Beautiful places to visit, BUT the tour guide needs to learn about them.
A bus driver was excellent. 3 of 4 lunches/dinners were in chinese restaurants. I wish we could try other canadian food as well.
One of the hotels was cheap and not clean :(

Next time we will try another company.

Jupiter legend company very good in organized tour. Our tour guide Tim excellent in service . Never hesitate to answer any question and knowledgeable. Our fellow travelers good in time keeping and Driver Julio skillful driver through narrow streets of Toronto. Accommodation in hotel Marriott and holiday inn very good. Thanks Tim again carrying overall good experience of this trip.

I would like to commend our bus driver Janna . She’s the best and made sure we reached our destination safe. When taken us back she dropped us in a safe lighted place . I can only say good words for her . This made our 3 day tour the best of all the tours we had in the past. Kudos to Janna!

I love the places that we went to. I have been to Niagara twice before: they only included Maid of the Mist ride and topside viewing of the Horseshoe Fall. This time was a total experience, with side trips to and from Niagara Falls, which included Watkins Glen, Ripley's Aquarium, Thousand Islands Cruise, and a few other interesting places. Also, lunch at Skylon Tower and dinner at Seafood restaurant. There was confusion in the word "optional" in the list of things to do. We assumed it meant that we can choose not to join the activity, but Take Tours meant the admission price is not included in our payment and that we have to shell out a substantial amount of cash (credit card not accepted) during the trip. We had to take part in the entire list of activities or you have to stay in the bus (?????). We were not prepared for this as it was almost as much as the initial amount that we paid. Janna was an excellent driver, very safe and very efficient. Jason handled everything wonderfully (except that there was more fast food stops that I can handle; lol).Anyway, we're searching for our next trip and we will definitely consider using Jupiter Legend again. Overall, the trip was very enjoyable, except for the long bus rides between locations.
