Loved this!
Whilst it takes a whole day it was definitely worth it. I chose the 7 am pick up which meant that you got there about 3/4 in the afternoon. You also get to see the falls lit up at night. Left at 9 pm which means you return in the early hours
Guides were fun and knowledgable. Had stop offs on the way but there was a toilet on board the coach if you needed it. I would take a pillow so you can have a nap on the way there and back, they do show films onboard the coach also to keep you from getting board.
Was out of season when I went so there was little choice for food when u got there and don’t leave souvenir shopping till last minute as they will close early due to out of season
Would recommend!

Actually it was my first trip to newyork city. The city of dream. I was staying in Manhattan near 7th and 8th avenue,49 street.
There was a subway station in 50 street,about 2 minutes walking from my hotel.
I had a dream to explore the Niagra fall. I had a short vacation. My initial plan was to go Niagra fall by bus at night as it took 8/9 hrs journey and I had a plan to stay there but suddenly I had changed my mind. After discussing with my colleague, I had decided to go there by flight at early morning at 8 am bu delta airlines and returned at night by 8 pm by flight. The flight time was 1 hr 15 minutes. So, about 20 hrs Long journey, I got relieved from tiredness.
I had arrived at buffalo international airport at 9.15 am. From airport you can go the Niagara falls by bus or taxi ( uber/lyft). Taxi cost about 50 USD.
If you go by bus , the bus route was : buffalo downtown and from there to Niagra Fall. It will cost total 5 USD . As a first time and new, I took taxi. I enjoyed the beauty of Niagara falls, that was amazing. There was cool weather ( for me). I think it's better to on may /June.
There was various shop , market near the Niagra fall. If you have Canadian visa, you can go other site of Niagara falls.
After whole day exploring, I returned by bus. The down town was super quiet but I like the buffalo city. Small city with all two storied building. I came to airport at 6.30 pm for my flight. The flight had saved me 20 hrs journey. There were many people who liked to drive can go by private car.
That Niagara falls gave me a superb vibe. I had saw live rainbow 🌈 there.

My daughter and i went on the late tour, leaving TS at 11:30pm. We stopped every 2 hours for toilet breaks and for the tour guides to swap drivers. This made me feel so much better knowing the driver wasn’t tired. Communicated with us well, informing us as to when & where to be back on the bus. Niagara falls was unbelievable, words wouldn’t do it justice. Thank you for a great day and would thoroughly recommend this tour

The waterfall & park is definitely a must-see if one is visiting the nearby cities.
The falls were majestic and one can feel the force of the water flows just standing nearby.
Riding on the Maid of the Mist was an experience by itself. Be prepared to get wet even with the raincoat provided. Still totally worth it as the ride takes you up close to the falls. At the right time & angle, one can spot multiple rainbows too!
Last of the positives but definitely not the least! The guides on the ground were fantastic with their deep knowledge of the area's history and stories. We were lucky to have Bryant, Joel & 1 other chap (my sincere apologies for forgetting your name!!!) who were funny, friendly and most of all, helpful. Even to the extent of helping to take wonderful photos for our memories!
2 reasons why we didn't give this tour a 5star though.
First and I stress this has nothing to do with the guides but the package being sold up front.
The package should indicate that participants were able to enter the Canadian side if one has the necessary documents (in our case - a valid ESTA & passport).
Because we weren't sure, we didn't have our passports and thus missed that wonderful opportunity to see the falls from the Canadian side.
The 2nd point and again nothing to do with the guides nor tour organiser but the night lights were a tad disappointing. Expected to see a light show (sync with music or something to that effect) but it was just lights reflecting off the falls.
The fireworks at 10pm was a highlight but would have been nicer if it was synced to some music.
Overall it was an enchanting experience but if you're taking the tour from NYC like us, be prepared for a +/- 9hr journey up & another 9hr down, making the tour almost 24hrs.
To us, it was totally worth it!

At first I was doubting if it was going to be a good experience, now that I have returned I absolutely recommend it. You have to go with the idea that it is 7 hours there and 7 hours back, after that, the trip is a fantasy.

It is impressive, the tour is worth it, exact schedules. The entire trip is pleasant, very good videos and photos are taken. We see the power of nature and we must take care.

I am not sure how they maintain high ratings although they cancel tours in the last minute. my tour was cancelled three hours before the departure time which was 4 a clock in the morning. They said the bus broke down but i see that bus broke down many times in other reviews. is this a joke? i wasted my time and money just because of their irresponsible action and dont tell me the weather at niagara fall was bad because it wasnt bad at all.

‼️DON’T USE THIS TOUR‼️ THEY CANCELED MY TRIP IN THE LAST MINUTE! I was ready to get on the bus but they said our name is not on the list. Their reason was that one of the buses was broken and they had to cancel half the participants from this tour. SO BAD EXPERIENCE!! We were very disappointed because we didn't make it to Niagara at all!!!
