You will travel on a comfortable motor coach, with your bilingual tour guide, enjoying the scenic landscape of upstate New York (travel time is approximately 7-8 hours, each way, with one rest stop) on your journey north. Upon arrival at your destination, you will begin experiencing the adventure, beauty, and natural wonder of Niagara Falls. During your visit, you will learn about the interesting history of these mighty waters and enjoy spectacular views of the falls from different vantage points (depending on the weather conditions). You will have the opportunity of having lunch on your own, souvenir shopping, and exploring the beautiful Niagara Falls State Park.

If you have selected the tour that includes this option, you will board the historic the Maid of the Mist boat to go on a ride through the waters of Niaga Falls. For sure, an experience you cannot miss!
3. Niagara Falls Observation Tower
Once the boat ride is over, your guide will head to the Observation Tower, as it is the unique way of exiting, from which you will be able to admire beautiful view of the falls.

This is the nearest lookout from which the American Falls can be seen, from which you will have the opportunity to be amazed by the beauty of the landscape as well as to take some pictures.

Then you will visit this small island, which is located in between The American and Bridal Falls.
6. Bridal Veil Falls
It is the smallest of the three waterfalls that make up Niagara Falls and can be perfectly seen from Luna Island.

This island is considered the natural border between Canada and the United States, and here we can find a terrasse built to comfortably see Horseshoe Fall.

The trip was majorly over priced for what it was. I’ve got a list of things that I could write and tell you about but I’ll name the top 3 worst things. 1. The coach driver nearly crashed several times along the way back from Niagra falls; I can understand it would’ve been hard to see in the snow but he was driving way too fast for the conditions we was in and when it was late at night when everyone was trying to get some sleep after a 3am start; he was honking his horn at other drivers waking everyone up just because everyone else was driving slowly and safely. 2. When me and my partner was looking for the meeting point after seeing the falls we looked on the guide that the tour guide gave us; we went to the location where it said and because we didn’t see anyone from our group we called the guide, it turns out the meeting point was a 20 min walk from where it said on the guide and the worst part about it was he said we had 5 mins to get there otherwise he is leaving without us. 3. I was severely poorly on this trip on the way back, I was throwing up profusely the whole time we was at Niagra. The tour guides must of known as I was sat at the front throwing up in front of them and neither one of them decided to ask if I was okay or if there was anything the could do to help. It also did not help that this “luxury coach with WIFI” was so unbelievably uncomfortable and the Wi-Fi didn’t even work. It was great to see the falls but I will never go on this trip again. PS they asked for $100 tip for both drivers absolute joke.

Don’t book this tour. The bus broke down and they let the passengers (including children ) freeze on the bus near Niagara Falls. I tried to contact the tour provider but they said they had informed management but i heard nothing back. We were eventually taken back to NY 17 hours later!

These guys running it should not be tour guides. Deliberately made our party sit apart. Fail 1.
Started yelling in English and Spanish about useless incoherent factoids about Lincoln tunnel and metlife Stadium at just after 4am. People don't come on this tour at 4am to hear that. Let us shut our eyes and have peace at 4am.
Stop along the way 30mins (way too short) with hardly any restrooms. Fail.
More incoherent attempts to speak English (and then spanish). Fail.
Complaining guide telling us tourists don't listen to him ...HINT ITS BECAUSE WE CANT UNDERSTAND YOU.
Niagara falls is beautiful, but for the love of God, FIND A DIFFERENT TOUR COMPANY THIS AMIGO TOURS IS TERRIBLE.
Some of our party felt the chairs were uncomfortable, they were dirty too.
We've been on many tours in our time, Amigo tours had the audacity to ask for tips when we got back after all this nonsense. After being that s****y the only tip we're giving is AVOID AMIGO TOURS. Unbelievable.

The most memorable part of this trip was the walking tour of Niagara Falls. Our host and driver was patient, explained everything in detail in both English and Spanish and made himself available via phone in case anyone got lost or needed help. This history shared along the drive to the falls was an added gem. It was nice to learn so much during this trip.

On Tuesday 24th October my immediate family and I (and 50+ other coach travellers ) had an absolutely amazing day out at Niagara Falls from New York City under the care of Alicia and her coach driver team, who kept us safe..
I would thoroughly recommend our guide, Alicia, to everyone. She was outstandingly knowledgeable and caring to thse travellers in her care

Alicia is an excellent tour guide. When were at the waiting area she came up and told us to get our name and confirmation number ready. And the bus came in a right time. When we are in the bus she told us the expected time of our arrival and sure she was right. She and her bus driver crews are doing an excellent job and are professional. Thank you guys!
