Our tour guide, Kevin, was amazing! Very patient with the whole group, very knowledgeable and had a great personality. He was kind enough to take pictures of our family and other group members through our experience. This helped us get a great visit and lasting memories instead of worrying about taking pics. My family can bot thank kevin enough for such an amazing tour! We will be back and we will be trying to attend kevins tour again!

We enjoyed the sights, convenience of a bus, not waiting in lines. Disappointed in efficiency of Graylines. Tour left 40 min.late. Guide was difficult to hear, only speaker worn around neck, not thru bus intercom. Vague instructions given. Time wasted several times, waiting on late guests returning, which made for rushing and tour running 2 hrs over. No time given during tour to purchase food, only quick snacks. Bus signage or tour guide not easily visible. Historical info or points of interest barely shared. Didn't appreciate guide soliciting for 20% tip.

Fernando did a very good job and was very knowledgeable about the history of the landscape. Gave everyone clear expectations on randevu times and was very good at herding his cat tourists.

When in the Niagara Falls area, this tour is a must! Be sure to ask for Vic the tour guide. We were unsure about taking a tour. We were thinking of doing it at our own pace. However, We are so happy that we took the tour. It’s a different perspective and an upfront view of the Falls. And along the way there were little antidotes on other sites. It was well worth our time and money. When I go back, I will surely take the tour again and certainly ask for Vic.

Ed was fantastic. So knowledgeable and fun. Breathtaking views. Bucket list item for sure! Gotta do it. Our group was about 20 and he kept us all moving super efficiently. Loved the offsite bakery stop. The pot roast sandwich was amazing
