What an excellent tour guide, very friendly but most of all so knowledgeable. We saw so much in such a short time, truly amazing. Great to be in a small group too.

Nicola provided and amazing tour and shared his personal 9/11 experience. This tour, grouped with the Museum and One World Tower tickets, were the perfect choice. Thank You Experience First, for an amazing tour & experience, on our first trip to New York!

We did the 1.5 hour tour of Ground Zero with Jim Q. He was fabulous. Spoke with such passion and knowledge. Well worth the time and the cost. Thank you Jim.

Our guide was Mindy, and she had so much knowledge of NYC everything: why Times Square is named Times Square; the tragedy, determination and triumph behind the Brooklyn Bridge; the “whispering gallery” in Grand Central Terminal…. She kept us on-track and on-time so we didn’t miss our ferry ride, and she helped each of us navigate the subway as we went in different directions at the end of the tour. It is a LOT of walking but you see a lot. I can’t recommend this tour and Mindy enough. It was a very excellent tour and history master class of NYC ????
